Preparatory exercises for sports gymnastics usable in teaching physical education at primary schools
DOČEKALOVÁ, Lenka
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to create a reservoir of preparatory exercises for gymnastics, which could be used in teaching physical education in primary schools. The partial goals are to process theoretical knowledge from the areas of sports training, gymnastics, physical exercises, and physical education. Furthermore, the use of modern means for awareness of body position, speed, pace, development of strength, reflections, jumps and flexibility, proper orientation in space, timing of movement and kinesthetic awareness. These exercises require only a minimum of tools and space. The synthetic part contains a set of selected preparatory exercises verified at primary school. Unfortunately, due to covid-19, the practical verification could not be carried out in practice and was replaced only by a questionnaire. A class (mixed group of seventh grade students) was selected for monitoring and evaluation.
Use the MABC - 2 test battery to measure the level of motor in Men's Artistic Gymnastics
SLANINA, Ondřej
The bacherol thesis is focused on the testing and evaluation in motoric skills of sports gymnasts (n=14) aged between 8 to 13 years in gymnastic center Merkur České Budějovice. For this experiment was used the methody called "MABC-2 formula" (Movement Assessment Battery for Children 2nd edition), it consists of eight test items that are divided into three components. Individual components focus on testing fine motor skills (manual skill), gross motor skills (aiming and catching) and balance. After performing the MABC-2 test and obtaining gross scores for each item, we created tables and graphs of component and total test scores (TTS). The results we compared to the standardization norms this test battery. Based on this comparison, we evaluated the level of motoric skills of a observed group of sports gymnasts.
The level of equilibrium sporting abilities of gymnasts in younger school age compared to physically inactive population

Title: The level of equilibrium sporting abilities of gymnasts in younger school age compared to physically inactive population. Purpose: The purpose of this diploma paper is to compare the level of equilibrium ability of younger school age sport gymnasts (i. e. of the age of 8-10 years old) to the girls at the same age, who are not taking part in sports. This level of abilities is compared based on simple static and dynamic equilibrium tests. Furthermore I would like to find out if the level of equilibrium capability influences the final place they get on gymnastic competitions. Methods: This research was made based on the group of 15 female sport gymnasts and 15 girls who are not doing sports (all of them at the age of 8-10 years old). We tasted equilibrium abilities of each testee using simple tests showing the level of static and dynamic balance. In particular we used standing stork test, blind standing stork test, standing on one leg after turning (to evaluate static balance) and blind back and forth walking (to evaluate dynamic balance). Based on measured output we set a point scale from 1 to 5 (according to the tests) to compare results. The comparison was done also using the average score of measured values. Results: After evaluotion of all measured data it is clear that the group of sports...
Formation of Specialized Setting-up Exercises for Sports Gymnastics and Their Practical Verification
ZÁHORKOVÁ, Jana
The aim of this thesis was to develop and verify specialized training exercises for sports gymnastics. Currently the gym struggling with outdated methods were therefore designed new procedures and the use of foreign experience. The result is a short training exercises in short reports, using modern methods of training, that will be fun for gymnasts and coach training to facilitate the use of time. These exercises require only minimum space and equipment. For training and monitoring was selected group of girls aged 8 to 14 years. Training exercises in short reports have been verified in practice and was evaluated using a questionnaire and observation. Based on the results was suggested recommendations for practice.
