Design of the CSR Concept in the Company Management System

The diploma thesis deals with the design of the CSR concept in a selected company. On the basis of theoretical knowledge together with a suitably chosen methodology, the main part of the work follows, where the level of corporate social responsibility in the economic, social and environmental areas is evaluated. The results are followed by a design part, which contains ideas and measures leading to the creation of the company's concept.
Corporate Social Responsibility in the Steel Industry

The diploma thesis focuses on corporate social responsibility and its analysis in a selected company doing business in the steel industry. The introductory part specifies the theoretical basis and methods and analyses used. The analytical part of the work deals with the evaluation of the social responsibility policy in the selected company and brings a comparison of the situation with a competitor from the steel industry. The last part of the thesis contains recommended activities to achieve a better level of social responsibility in the monitored company.

The thesis deals with a comparison of the approach to corporate social responsibility of a parent and a subsidiary company. This thesis analyses and evaluates the level of socially responsible activities of the parent and subsidiary company and makes a comparison between them. The thesis includes recommendations for the expansion of the subsidiary's corporate social responsibility activities.

In my theses I focus on analysis of three international private market companies. Company GEFCO ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA s.r.o. , Dalkia a.s. a ABB a.s. With this companies I'm interested in the way how they practice corporate social responsibility (CSR). When I was choosing this companies I considered facts as: Company has to have head quarter in Western Europe Company has to have experience with corporate social responsibility and has to practice CSR and has to organize social responsible activities. All chosen companies are leaders in its business sector. In my theses I will focus on overview about CSR activities of companies, mainly on corporate philanthropy. I will focus on cooperation of these companies and non government organization, I'm interested in concrete activities done by NGOs in cooperation with through CSR and how NGOs perceived activities that are done through CSR. I'm interested in the way how companies involve their employees into CSR. I 'm going to aim if subsidiaries and head quarters practice same CSR activities and using same CSR tools. Collaboration forms between Business and Nonprofits within CSR strategies

Recently in the Czech Republic, more attention has been focused on the social responsibility of companies. Companies become members of professional platforms, in which they gain and deepen their knowledge. The vital part of CSR is cooperation within the civil sector. The goal of this thesis is to focus on this cooperation within the Czech environment. For my own research I have been using the typology of the authors Wymer and Samu, who look at different ways of management and the benefits gained from different types of cooperation. I compare and find differences in this typology through analysis of documents and questionnaires of companies active in professional platforms. The cooperation established between companies and NGOs is different in the case of agreements on the use of the logo and the name of non-profit organizations, sponsorship, joint issue promotion and corporate philanthropy, both greater involvements of the non-profit sector, and given benefits.
The Influence of the Economic Crisis on Corporate Social Responsibility Activities

The aim of this thesis is to introduce the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and describe the relevance of corporate social responsibility activities. Due to the fact that, one of the basic characteristics of Corporate Social Responsibility, is long-term in character, which requires a dedication to CSR activities, even in times of financial difficulties when company does not have the optimal results, this thesis shows how selected companies fulfill the concept of CSR. The theoretical part is divided into two parts - the first is the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility, which focuses on the development, pillars, benefits and concepts associated with this concept. I deal with crisis and describe financial crisis, economic crisis, its development, causes and consequences in the next part. The empirical part of this thesis is based on the methodological triangulation - expert interviews, documented examination and comparison. This thesis sampled five selected companies and shows how these companies perceive CSR, what activities they have implemented, how to cope with the crisis that affected them and how it affected the implementation of CSR activities. Cause Related Marketing, it's Types and Examples from the Czech Environment

The diploma thesis deals with Cause Related Marketing as the way of cooperation of a nonprofit organization and commercial company in the Czech environment. The presence of different types of Cause Related Marketing in the Czech Republic was investigated on the basis of the expert typology. My goal is not only to investigate the occurrence of these types, but also to analyze their representation and to determine which type prevails. In the empirical part I present concrete Cause Related Marketing campaigns with focus on their presentation on the websites of nonprofit organizations and their partner companies. Considering the website presentation of this cooperation I look for connections demonstrating the initiative that entities pursue during the campaign. The outcome of the diploma thesis is the research evaluation, recommendations for profit and nonprofit organizations and critical evaluation of this issue.
Outplacement - possibilities, specificities,limits

The aim of this thesis is to describe the process of outplacement and its impact on redundancies. The first chapters are devoted to the dismissal of employees, their consequences and corporate social responsibility. The next part is devoted to defining the concept of outplacement, its history, content, form and process. The last and main part of this thesis deals with the psychological aspects of layoffs and outplacement and their connection with psychological counseling. The empirical part focuses on the contribution of individual outplacement for redundant employees and evaluate its effect on the mental state of these employees during and at the end of outplacement project. Corporate social responsibility

This thesis is focused on the phenomenon of corporate social responsibility (CSR). Opening parts of the work are devoted to the concept in general and its evolution in the context of other theories investigating the issue of responsibility in business as well. The part the work describes recommendations for the implementation process of the CSR concept into an organizational strategy. Following chapters are based on the stakeholder theory and a related specification of the CSR content within three thematic spheres - economic, social and environmental. A part of the work describes opportunities of CSR in a field of a human resources management. The last chapter describes utilization of CSR in the human resource management in the particular company. The chapter also contains recommendations based on the concept of CSR in order to bring positive effects to the company and employees, who are an important group of stakeholders.
