In order to collect the data, a method was chosen which involved observation and semi-structural interviews. The research investigation itself contains three case studies of selected children who were chosen according to the criteria prescribed. The case studies proved that the kindergartens selected for preparation approached their task responsibly and made efforts to ensure that entrance into primary education is, for the child, as simple as possible.
