Management of the supply services from "Central Heating and Hot Water Supply System" in a given region.

This bachelor thesis tries to answer some questions concerning energy delivery to customers. It analyses various kinds of energy, its sources and their properties. It also presents the various ways energy can be used depending on its properties and its availability to end customers. It maps the current energy market and gives the overview of supply and demand. It shows how state policy influences the energy market and the prices of the different energies. The work focuses on energy that is used for heating and hot water. It provides an analysis of the total energy supply and the proportion taken up by heating and hot water. The work compares the average cost of this energy in relation to the total cost of living in a particular region. The work gives examples of customer-supplier relationship, marketing and suggests some ways of possible future development. The work introduces a system of heat supply called "Central Heating and Hot Water Supply System". Advantages and disadvantages of this system are described, as well as trends and possibilities offered by current development of new technologies in energetics, marketing and communication with customers. The work also examines a particular "Central Heating and Hot Water Supply System" in a given region. Data from past several years have been assessed and compared to average data from similar "Central Heating and Hot Water Supply Systems" from all over the Czech Republic. Marketing of the supply services from "Central Heating and Hot Water Supply System" has been assessed. Based on the analyses that have been carried out, the work tries to find answers to questions as to whether there is a space for "Central Heating and Hot Water Supply System" on the market or whether these systems are likely to disappear in the future. Furthermore, it wants to show possible improvements in communication with customers and assess the extent to which they can help to keep the position on a regional market.
