Potenciál obnovitelných zdrojů na území České republiky ve vztahu k požadavkům Evropské unie
Paluda, Roman
This diploma thesis deals with the relation between the requirements of the European Union for the increase of the share of renewable sources in the energy mix with an emphasis on electricity and the available potential on the territory of the Czech Republic. The energy of water, wind, biomass, solar and geothermal was analyzed in detail. The technological, natural and legislative aspects were assessed. For each of the renewable sources (RES) studied the maximum achievable RES potential was set. On the basis of the facts, the Czech Republic's potential for RES is evaluated, the EU policy in this area is evaluated and several recommendations are made on how to better integrate renewable sources not only in the electricity sector but also in the energy mix in general.
Návrh autonomní dřevostavby
Grégr, Jan
Thesis designs an autonomous timber house RD Zeleny Vrch. The building is intended as a residential dwelling for a four-member family, the build up area is 120 square meters and it’s located in the land register held at Babice u Rosic. A topic is firstly researched in literature review which sums up features of the autonomous and low-energy houses and environmental impacts. Construction systems and technologies used in the design are researched next. The project then contains a building solution in a state of documentation for building permission, thermal properties calculations and technological solutions for maintaining of house autonomy and user comfort. As last the price of the building is estimated. Discussion evaluates designed project regarding used building materials, used technologies, user comfort and possible alternative solutions.
Využití solární energie v malých firmách
Řehoříková, Ilona
The bachelor thesis deals with the current state of use of photovoltaic and solar thermal systems both in residential space and non-residential premises. A literary overview defines basic theoretical knowledge of the given problems. The practical part focuses on a specific photovoltaic power station installed on the roof of an office building. It summarizes its technical specification and analyses the amount electric power that was generated and consumed in 2017 and 2018. The text is concluded by a summary of capital invested and the appreciation of its return.
Construction of small steam engine for the use of solar energy
Strava, Jan ; Šnajdárek, Ladislav (referee) ; Škorpík, Jiří (advisor)
Possible modern application of piston steam engine is electricity production using steam made by solar energy. This diploma thesis focuses on designing such piston steam engine Described solution would be effective as an off grid electricity generator, because alternative source of steam could be added for occasions, when sunlight is not powerfull enough for steam production.
Design of a photovoltaic system with battery storage for a company
Šmatlo, Filip ; Maule, Petr (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on design of the photovoltaic system for the company. The first part describes electricity production from the sun. There are described technologies of production of photovoltaic cells and technology of individual component of photovoltaic system. Furthermore, the concepts of photovoltaic systems and types of connections of these systems to the distribution network are described. Also the Czech legislation, recycling and safety in the field of photovoltaics are described. In the practical part of the thesis is created photovoltaic power station located on the roof of the building. Results of simulation of photovoltaic system created in PVSOL design program are described.
Energy performance of kindergarten
Mahovská, Adriana ; Vyhlídalová, Karolína (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis elaborates two energy performance certificates of kindergarten in the variant for the current status and the new state. The theoretical part deals with solar collectors. Computational part contains specification of building structures and power systems. It always includes a comparison of the default and the new state. The economic assessment is determined by the return on investment in revitalization. As part of the mandatory analysis of alternative sources, a proposal for a solar system for partial hot water heating will be established. The project part contains two processed EPCs (building energy performance certificate) for this building.
Energy balance of landscape surface in forested and agricultural catchment
SCHNEEDÖRFLER, Marek
This diploma thesis deals with the statistical evaluation of the energy balance of landscape surface and its other chosen specifications via remote sensing and ground meteorological features. The thesis also includes the mapping of the landscape cover and its influence on the microclimate in the given area. The Novohradské Mountains, specifically the catchment of Bedřichovsky creek became the model area for this type of research. As each group of Land Cover (forest, permanent of grass cover, arable land, buildings) appears right in the catchment of Bedřichovský potok, it is suitable to evaluate the energy balance right in there.
