This thesis focuses on analyzing recommendation method and analyzing options on the discounting portal company Vykupto s.r.o. Finale implementation of module for content recommendation on website is based on the design which identify all problems in process of recommendation and minimized them. Goal is module which provides quality recommendation including separation computa-tion cost to off-line and on-line processing. Module is implemented to integration to company system and his goal is increase probability of finishing transaction of customer. In the end is method verified on historical data and A/B testing.

This thesis deals with the market of daily deal sites in the Czech Republic. At first, the principle of e-commerce is described, and then thesis focuses on the origin, development and current market situation of daily deal sites. The work includes survey evaluation, which is used for identification of typical customer of the daily deal site, and for proposing advices towards daily deal sites to increase the customer satisfaction.

Analysis of small internet shop and its propagation

This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of small online store Náušnice od Tintiny (Tintina's earrings). First there will be a brief introduction into the store and its history. Next chapter is dedicated to web content management system Prestashop. This software is designed for administration of online stores. The fourth chapter analyzes the online store while answering following questions: How is the online store perceived by customers? How is the online store perceived by visitors? What is the target group the shop aims for? What is the price and margins? What are the strengths and weaknesses of the store and its opportunities and threats? Is the shop optimized for search engines? The following chapter deals with the propagation of the store. For the promotion we used the social network Facebook, Sklik.cz and also websites offering discounts. The sixth chapter evaluates used promotion tools and compares their success. Last chapter contains recommendation especially for this online store. However, these recommendations are easily applicable for similar small online stores that make similar mistakes.

Analysis of Daily Deal Sites Market in the Czech Republic from a Customer Perspective

This bachelor thesis analyses daily deal sites market offers in Czech Republic and creates a model of a daily deal site according to customer preferences. First the e-business is described. Then the concept of group buying is explained. The history of daily deal sites evolution is explained. Followed by the security of daily deal sites. Further, the benefits and limitations for participants are discribed. A questionnaire survey among consumers is evaluated and from it found out their preferences. Furthermore, monthly offers of deals on three czech daily deal sites are created and their analysis is performed. At the end, based on answers from filled in questionnaires and performed analyses the model of a daily deal site is created.
