Využití růstových stimulátorů v intenzifikaci pěstování sazenic smrku ztepilého v lesní školce LESCUS Cetkovice
Vančura, Petr
Aim of this work is to determine the applicability of growth stimulators in intensive cultivation of spruce seedlings and to assess their effect on the seedlings based on different varieties of applied fertilizers. Hypothetically, every examined variety (excluding the control variety) would respond with increased growth in both aboveground and belowground biomass. Theoretical part of presented thesis is based on knowledge of scientific literature. Practical part describes the methodology of measurement and data processing. On the provided plot we established eight varieties, which were compared to ecach other (Silvamix®R30S2+VERMAKTIV Stimul, Silvamix®R30S2, Silvamix®R30S, Silvamix®R50S2, Silvamix®R30, Agluform®90S, calcareous dolomite, control). Data were collected in course of two years. Observed parameters were namely: aboveground height, yearly increment, thickness of root collar and overall health and vitality. Results are matching the criteria in majority of observed cases, best results were detected in R50s2, SR, SRs2_VrmS varieties, worst resutlts were obtained in VapDol together with K variety. Measured data were analysed with STATISTICA software using the ANOVA variance analysis.

The subject of this diploma thesis is a semi-operational research project, which was established with the aim to find out the usability of innovated fertilizers and stimulants. The survey was focused on the growth and development of spruce cultures. This diploma thesis builds on my bachelor thesis and its purpose is to extend the data for two more years of measurement and, above all, to complete a research project on selected pedochemical characteristics. Find out what impact the soil has on each of the Silvamix® tested fertilizers. Variants Agluform® 90S, Silvamix®R30, Silvamix®R30S, Silvamix®R50, Vermaktiv and calcium dolomite were used. Each year samples of the needles were taken and the total elevation, the diameter of the crown and the health status of the spruce culture were measured. For the last two years of observation, the soil samples were taken under the crown of spruce crown. After analysis of the soil samples and their evaluation, it was found that the application of fertilizers has a significant effect on height gain, health status, but also on the soil environment. A deficiency of potassium and magnesium was found in the research site. These deficiencies were the best compared by the Agluform® 90S fertilizer application which was the most successful of all the variants.
Vyhodnocení vlivu hnojiv řady Silvamix, vápnitého dolomitu a organominerálního stimulačního přípravku na podporu odrůstání smrku ztepilého (Picea abiesL./ Karsten)
Češek, Tomáš
The final work discusses the influence of the applied treatment of the series Sylvamix (Sylvamix A + stimulator, Sylvamix F + stimulator, Sylvamix R + stimulator, Sylvamix R), dolomitic limestone and organo-stimulatory product Vermaktiv, with regard to the nutrition of spruce (Picea abies /L./ Karsten). The research was conducted in forest nursery named Dykova and forest nursery named Budišov. In each forest nursery were further divided surfaces into individual fertiliser allotments. Assessment of the influence of the applied preparations was evaluated after two years from application. The main objective of this work was to evaluate the effect of individual fertiliser preparation. The analyses carried out it has been observed that the application fertiliser product has a positive effect on nutrition, faster growth and mightier root system of spruce. Top results were obtained product Sylvamix F + stimulator and showed also a positive effect of Sylvamix R + stimulator. The effect of each fertilizer varies depending on ecological site conditions habitat.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is evaluate the effect of point application of fertilizer and organomineral stimulatory preparations growth and development of spruce culture. The work was performed at a predetermined the investigated area, which was divided into 12 individual parts. On each section was applied to another variant pursued product. Were used variants Agluform 90S, Silvamix R30, Silvamix R30S, Vermaktiv and Calcareous dolomite. Once a year, each variant were sampled needles and measured height growth. During the investigation period was observed and the health status of spruce culture. From the obtained results, showing that the application of fertilizer products can have a positive effect on nutrition on height growth of Norway spruce. The effect of each fertilizers may vary depending on habitat conditions. This area of research has been detected lack of sulfur and potassium.

The aim of my bachelor work was to examine the influence of inbuilt growth stimulants into Silvamix fertilizers family, to compare the effect of individual sorts of fertilizers from the point of view of securing these crops. Field works took place in LHC Ketkovice on the tracts located in 75 D1a,77B11, 77B1a and 65B1. I investigated the effect of fertilization on norway spruce, European beech, and mountain oak corps in 2 rd and mostly 3rd LVS. Based on dendrometrical characteristics, assimilation apparatus and health condition the Silvamix R and Silvamix R stimulators these fertilizations were assessed as the best ones. The outcomes show clearly that the action of growth stimulants inbuilt into Silvamix fertilizations family is rather gradual and is not too brisk and distinct on testing.
