Design of Single Edge Razor
Lenčeš, Roman ; John, David (referee) ; Sládek, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of a single-blade razor primarily intended for developing countries. Specifically, it involves a device that uses replaceable razor blades. Consideration for developing countries is taken into account, especially in the manufacturing methods and the choice of materials used. The main goal is to design a well-rounded product with regard to ergonomics and manufacturability. The final product emphasizes easy maintenance, ergonomics, and intuitive use of the razor. The design should be mainly universal, simple, and durable. Therefore, by experimenting with material solutions, the product will also find application outside developing countries.
Design of technology for gear manufacturing
Urbánek, Michal ; Píška, Miroslav (referee) ; Sliwková, Petra (advisor)
The master’s thesis is focused on the design of production technology and the choice of machines and tools to achieve the required accuracy according to the drawing documentation. During the design of production options, the advantages and disadvantages of gear machining variants were described. In the theoretical part, the technologies of the proposed operations were described, such as turning, milling of gears in a rolling method, shaving and grinding. In the practical part, the production itself is described in all sixteen operations that were needed to produce the part. Instructions and tables of measured dimensions were created for each machine operation. The economic evaluation summarizes material costs, machine and preparation times depending on the size of the production batch.
Description of gear-producing machines
Jelínek, Petr ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor´s thesis summarises knowledge from area of gear producing machines aimed on gear generating machines. It describes types and principles of gear generating machines. The main target of the thesis is to make an overview above this problems and summarize the classic and modern ways in the development of gear generating machines.
Modern methods in spur gearing production.
Kopečný, Libor ; Zemčík, Oskar (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
The division and comparison of modern methods of production of spur gearings. The introduction is focused on the characteristics and description of cog wheels. Furthermore, the types of gearing and gear mechanisms are introduced. The main part of the text deals with individual ways of a production of spur gearings including finishing methods. The following part of this work describes the importance and possibilities of heat and chemical-heat gearing production. In the last chapters, the evaluation and achieved results of individual technologies of gearing production are introduced.
Modern methods in cog - wheel finishing.
Nikl, Michal ; Zemčík, Oskar (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
This thesis is aimed at finishing gearing method problem. Thesis contains particular finishing methods analysis including machines, tools and accuracy achievements. There is cutting medium analysis and suitability of cutting fluids to each method. In resume there is general evaluation.
Cutting as a finishing operation
Bednář, Martin ; Řiháček, Jan (referee) ; Císařová, Michaela (advisor)
The project elaborated design of technology production of the cutting by shaving operation. The component is made from sheet iron 11 321. Pursuant to of the literary pursuit a problem of the shaving and calculation was designed two operations of shaving. Recommended production choice was tool with nominal cutting force 173 kN in first operation and 68 kN in second operation.
New methods for gear finishing
Horváth, Ľudovít ; Zemčík, Oskar (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
In this bachelor’s thesis are described new methods for gear finishing. The main theme of this work is an analysis of the principles of gear finishing. It is also at work description of the machines used for finishing operations and description of tools that are necessary for achieving the requirements of the gears.
Technology of finishing gearing by shaving
Kratochvil, Tomáš ; Zemčík, Oskar (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with technology of finishing gearing by shaving. This thesis includes description of method, basic calculations and machines as well as a brief description of other finishing gearing technologies. General evaluation is mentioned in resume.
