Gas sensors, their construction and testing
Zbožínek, Štěpán ; Prášek, Jan (referee) ; Pytlíček, Zdeněk (advisor)
The presented bachelor´s thesis deals with gas sensors, their construction and methods of testing. First part shortly describes the problems of gas detection. There are introduced common principles, constructions, examples of possible applications and requirements, which should be complied with gas sensors. In more detail, there are described conductivity gas sensors. Main purpose of the work is draft software equipment determined for compiled mixing station. For check correct function of the program was also done several measurements with gas sensors containing active layer SnO2 created for oxygen detection. In conclusion, there is on the base of collected theoretical pieces of knowledge and measured information discussed accuracy of measurement, and limits of usability station.
Innovation of experimental e-nose for odor analysis in the food industry
Janošíková, Pavla ; Búran, Martin (referee) ; Adámek, Martin (advisor)
This work deals with innovation of the program for processing data acquired from sensory device known as electronic nose. The work introduces possibilities and utilization of a electronic nose. Furthermore it introduces some of the best known analysis for odor recognition that are used mainly in the food industry focusing on principal component analysis. The work focus on creation of mobile application that process data from a simple electronic nose and on improvement of ammonia and CO2 measurement accuracy. The program must also allow wireless data reception, their processing and storage.
Odor analysis program for experimental electronic nose
Janošíková, Pavla ; Szendiuch, Ivan (referee) ; Adámek, Martin (advisor)
This work deals with processing data acquired from sensory device known as electronic nose. The work introduces readers to a few possible designes of electronic noses and to some of the best known analysis for odor recognition that are used in food industry. The work focus on a principal component analysis and a creation of program that process data from a simple electronic nose. The program not only receives data, but it even saves them and process them for better clarity of results. Using this program it is possible to create a new database and identify an unknown sample if its data are already stored in database. The part of this work is an experiment to see if the created program is able to recognize some odors better then a human nose.
Software for the processing of multidimensional data from gas sensors
Almazov, Denys ; Skácel, Josef (referee) ; Adámek, Martin (advisor)
This work deals with realization and testing software for processing multidimensional data from a gas sensor. This work introduces readers to some multidimensional data processing method. The part of work is a description and usage PCA method, description of the smell or taste detection device – electronic nose, realisation and testing of the program for preprocessing and processing data. Preprocessing data program can visualise data from device on the graf in real time and save it to the file. Data processing program can read data from file, decrease their dimensionality and visualize results in 2D graf. This program was tested on a simple electronic nose that contains three sensors.
