Readiness of secondary medical school students for their future profession

This bachelor thesis deals with the education of secondary medical staff at secondary medical schools. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Both parts are designed to give the reader sufficient insight into how young health professionals are educated. The theoretical part elaborates the basic concepts and legislative requirements related to this issue. There is described theoretical as well as practical way of education. As it is a vocational education, in addition to subjects providing basic civic education, the main subjects that pupils have to deal with are listed and listed. Subsequently, there is also described practical teaching. The practical part consists of qualitative research. And with the help of semi-structured interviews. These interviews were created with the participation of medical professionals with many years of experience in nursing. This method has allowed me to explore this issue in more depth.
