The bachelor thesis deals with the development of Grammar School of Otokar Březina in Telč between the years 1852-1952. These hundred years are divided into certain time periods according to our history. There is a characteristic of each time period and its influence on the development of the school. There are changes in the educational system in relation to the social-political situation, interesting events, celebrations, anniversaries and other interest related to the school development.

The thesis deals with the foundation and development of the primary school in the village of Vráto between the years 1929 and 1989. In its five thematic parts it pays attention to the basic characteristics of the period in question, including religious situation, school management, pedagogical activities as well as the public life of the school. With each period of time there is a focus on political and society-wide events which substantially influenced the running of the school and thus also the lives of the teachers, children and their families. The major source of information was drawn from the school chronicle.

This bachelor thesis deals with the history of education in Hluboká nad Vltavou in the years 1897-1945 in the light of chronicles. The introduction outlines the history of the town and the history of education in Hluboká nad Vltavou. Considering the complexity of this topic, thesis is focused only on girls' primary school in Hluboká nad Vltavou. Individual chapters are in detail focused on the life at a girls' primary school in pre-war, interwar and war period. The work specifically describes the teaching staff and the head teachers, who worked at the school in that period. It also deals with the pupils and their school teaching related to this specific time period. In this thesis are also listed important events which in some way interfered with the running of the school. The last aspects, which the work deals with, are regular school events, special school events, celebrations and events arising from a certain time. This bachelor thesis is mainly based on school chronicles and chronicles of the town.
One hundred years history of education in Volyně in the years 1912-2012

This bachelor thesis deals with history of education in Volyně in the period 1912 ? 2012. Due to vastness of such topic it is focused on history of primary education in Volyně. The time period is divided into smaller stages referring to our historical stages. Each small stage contains brief characteristic of the period and what happened in the history of school. This work describes changes in the education system relating to political development, various anniversaries, celebrations and changes arising from changing time. All these factors had an impact on functioning of school. In this thesis we can also find some peculiarities from the periods and their reflection in the school life. This work takes sources from school chronicles and chronicles of the town of Volyně. The bachelor thesis describes the history of education in Volyně.
The Personality and Social Competency Training for Upper Elementary School Children

The thesis deals with the issue of personal and social training of the second grade elementary school students. The first part considers basic terms which are somehow related to the topic. The practical part of the thesis includes a research which aims to examine the way personal and social studies are taught in the lessons at elementary schools, mainly with the second-graders. This part of the thesis shows the research results which aimed to investigate how the teachers are working with a cross-sectional topic of personal and social training and on a basis of which method they integrate this research into a process of teaching. The task was to find out if the teachers were integrating this topic intentionally or if the topic was used only accidentally in case it was somehow close to the topics of lessons. Another method used for surveying the issue was a direct observation and dialogues with the teachers.
