Změny buněčného složení savčích ovárií
OŠMEROVÁ, Lenka
This study is focused on cellular changes in mammalian ovaries in the course of their life. Factors, that could influence morphology of the ovary, are for example age, species, number of ovulations and the amount of oocytes available for fertilization. This study compares ovarian morphology among rodent species and examines presence of primordial follicles in postnatal life of an individual.

KOPECKÁ, Eva
This study is focused on characterisation of oocytes of long-lived rodents, naked mole-rat and giant mole-rat, that are emerging models of long-term oocyte and ovarian quality. In the second part, the effect of repeated ovulations on aging-associated quality decline of oocyte is studied, comparing mouse and giant mole-rat.
Rypoš lysý a myš domácí jako modelové organismy reprodukčního stárnutí
KOPECKÁ, Eva
The aim of this study is to demonstrate the naked mole rat as a new possible model of reproductive aging. It is also pointing out the reproductive problems and diseases associated with increasing age in women. Furthermore, the study wants to introduce the role of mTOR in mouse embryonic development in relation to maternal age and decrease in fertility in a view of number of oocytes in mouse, guinea pig and naked mole rat.
