Faktory ovlivňující růst plantáží rychle rostoucích dřevin
Procházka, Vít
The thesis focuses on the identification of factors that determine the success of the emergence and growth of production poplar plantations in the first rotation period of trees. In three selected habitats, which were divided into 8 plots, monitoring of plantation production indicators by non-destructive methods took place in 2017 and also 2019. Meteorological indicators, soil environment parameters (pH) and others were selected as fundamental monitored factors. Based on the monitoring, differences among the monitored plots at the level of the rate of ascent and growth were identified. No significant differences were identified in the monitored factors, which would explain the inequality of emergence and growth. Thus, no significant limiting factor can be identified on these plots. At the end of the thesis, the need for biomass as a renewable energy source is elaborated and non-productive ecosystem services of these stands are commented.
Ekonomické posouzení pěstování rychle rostoucích dřevin v podmínkách České republiky
Zájeda, Jakub
Bachelor thesis deals with a topic of growing so called short rotation coppice (SRC) in the Czech Republic until the end of their first rotation period of the plantations, their developement until it´s total liquidation and restoring parcels to their former state. The very beginning of this theses acquints readers with renewable sources. Next parts of this theses are focused on finding suitable spots for future plantations, their foundation and care in following years. Model examples of production plantations analyze economical difficulty of growing SRC and comparison with chosen method of woody biomass usage in terms of profit. Goal of this theses was to make comparison by the means of economic efficiency of growing SRC. For detailed comparison was included a table which consists of costs and raises. In the conclusion, there is an evaluation of data from plantation A, which was focused on wood chips and data from plantation B, which was producing logs. Also, there is a comparation of technical parameters and economical differences of both plantations. The performed research has proven that from the point of total earnings the B plantation was more effective.
Návrh koncepce pěstování rychlerostoucích dřevin na pozemcích nábytkářské firmy TON a.s. v Bystřici pod Hostýnem v návaznosti na její požadavky
Plesl, Vojtěch
The aim of this work is to suggest the possibilities how to usefor several years abandoneb handling areas for biomass production. The whole area is covered with a layer of slag due to reinforcement, and in addition, 40% of the area is alternately panelled with concrete strips of one meter in widthe. The koncept proposal works with the presumption to return the area back to its original state after the end of plantation production. Due to this requirement, soil furrows creation is propřed by a specific method, which will be fulfil by topsoil and planted. Another key indicator is the possibility to user rainwater from the roof of an industrial building, and thus support the moisture balance of the plantation, but mainly to achieve financial savings for the drainage of rainwater into the sewer. The last task is to perform a preliminary economic evaluation of the obtained biomass, which will be mixed into coal, and the generated heat will be used for heating production of buildings and for the production of steam needed for the production of bentwood furniture. The result of the evaluation is the replacement of brown coal produced by wood chips and the calculation of savings for the purchase of brown coal is performed.
Zásady zakládání, pěstování a obnovy porostů rychle rostoucích dřevin
Tomášová, Anna
This thesis deals with petting up, planting and renewal of fast-growing trees for energy use. The paper lists the type sof trees, methods of reproduction and establishment of vegetation, cultivation methods and harvesting operations. Are given non-energy fiction of fast-growing trees but other plants that can use energy.
Pěstování plantáží rychle rostoucích dřevin
Haluzová, Monika
This bachelor thesis is especially aimed in describing cultivation of short rotation coppice plantations in the Czech Republic. The thesis also summarizes particular growing technology and it brings overview of primary important findings in the field of coppice cultivation. There is described a suitable plantation site selection as well as the plantation liquidation. Consequently, the overview of willow and poplar clones (and species) is provided and their environmental demands. A brief history of short rotation forestry is added, where the most productive species are described. As a benchmark, the comparison between Swedish and Czech coppice plantation is provided. In the thesis, there are introduced the landscape aspects with a potential impacts in terms of agro-ecological aspects.
Vyhodnocení plantáže RRD založené na zemědělské půdě v majetku Lesů města Brna, a.s.
Stuchlý, Ondřej
The work deals with the analysis of production and economic parameters of plantation short rotation coppice LMB in LS Deblín. Production plantation was assessed after 7 and 8 years since its inception through a network of inventory plots and stencil poplar. Surveys to be wood volume (m3) and the total biomass (o.d.t). Plantation economy was measured as the difference between revenues and costs. The survey was also regenerative experiment to assess the influence of the width of the cuts on the growth of poplar saplings. Total volume production of tree plantations for 2012 was set at 46,95 +/-9,7 m3. Total volume production of tree plantations for 2013 was set at 63,41 m3 +/-10,5 m3. Total dry weight biomass for 2012 amounted to 23,31 t/ha ie 3,33 t/ha/year. The following year, the total biomass dry weight was for 8,42 t/ha greater. The average production was also greater, it reached 3,97 o.d.t/ha/year. The total cost of the plantation in the first rotation reached 79 022 CZK. The cost of timber harvesting in 2012 amounted to 7 485 CZK. The total yield of the plantation in 2012 was 72 906 CZK. The profit in 2012 amounted to -6 116 CZK . Total revenue for 2013 amounted to 99 249 CZK. The profit in 2013 amounted to 20 227 CZK. Next experiment shows vigorous sprouting capacity. Wider cuts (3 lines) is generally larger than the cuts closer (2 lines). It was also found that the wider lines is greater proportion of sprouts in the greatest height class (+2 m).
