Porovnání ruční a mechanizované sklizně a hodnocení vlivu na kvalitu hroznů a vína

In this thesis on topic " Comparision of manual and mechanized harvest and evaluate the impact on the quality of grapes and wines" was the target to define harvest techniques and their modernization. In the practical part of the thesis was to compare quantitative and qualitative parametrs of must and wines from manual and mechanical harvest from single vineyard. Grapes were colected by different techniques from one plot, were pressed, analyzed and then inoculation in the same conditions. Berries from both of the picking, manual and mechanized, were frozen and then analyzed by spectrophotometry. The resulting wines were subjected to a detailed analysis and the data was statistically tested. At the end, the wines were sensory evaluated.
