General characteristics of housing developments is described both in sociological and economic terms and also from legal point of view. Literature backround constitutes a theoretical basics for the problematics. Context and continuity of problematics are in case of a particular housing development and particular housing co-operaitve solved in analytical part. The analytical part is processed using two methods, questionnaire surveys and interviews. Data arising from the results of these methods are the primary sources for this bachelor thesis. The main objective is to analyze the current social culture of the population and its impact on further development and sociological research links in the selected housing co-operative. The most significant finding of the analytical part is that in a relatively short period the social culture in the housing development passed through a very positive change, although the technological defects of housing developments, caused by conceptual shortcomings of the construction, is still considered one of the most important factors affecting the satisfaction with standard of living of population. Satisfaction with housing is another important aspect of development.Very positive finding is that 90 % of the surveyed population is relatively satisfied with their living. Another important finding of the analytical part is that the activity of housing co-operatives contribute to positive perceptions of the level of housing and has an effect on its increase. Based on these findings we can conclude that the active participation of the population can be very beneficial and effective. As to the status of panel houses in cooperative ownership,a more rich exchange of information between co-operatives could be beneficial. This could be a significant factor in future development of housing estates.

Pulmonary embolism is a blockage of the main artery of the lung or one of its branches by a substance that has traveled from elsewhere in the body through the bloodstream. Experiencing an air transport by the patients.
GROULÍKOVÁ, Markéta
Abstract The topic of this undergraduate thesis is experiencing an air transport by the patients. It is undisputable that every change of state of health means a great change for everyone and has a negative impact on one´s psyche. The goal of my thesis was to find out how the patients experience an air transport to a hospital. The particular aims of my thesis were to investigate if the patients are informed about the air transport beforehand, whether they are afraid of the take off or the landing, what the patients find most unpleasant during the transport, if the crew seems professional to the patients. Also the following hypotheses were defined: H1 {--} the fear from the transport differs from the fear from severe state of health, H2 {--} women tend to be more afraid than men. In order to obtain larger amount of information about this problem, I included in the research group men and women of broader age spectrum. The research group was represented by ten respondents. Among these respondents there were not only patients transported from one hospital to another {--} secondary transport, but also patients transported directly from the terrain to a medical institution. A semi-structured interwiew oriented on information and feelings of each respondent was conducted. The interviews proceeded in two stages. The first stage of the interview was carried out before the patient´s transport to a hospital. The second part of the questions was dealt with after the arrival at a heliport. The results of the interviews were compiled in ten casuistries. The hypothesis H1 was affirmed. The hypothesis H2 was not affirmed. The aims of the research were fulfilled. In the thesis it was pointed out that the patients air transported to a hospital are most worried about their state of health and long term hospitalization. The fear from the flight itself is smaller. The results of the thesis prove that the patients are informed about the air transport by a doctor. The patients expect more information from the doctor. The patients were satisfied with the crew but lacked information about the length of the flight. The undergraduate thesis could be used as a source of information for doctors, nurses and paramedics who deal with the patients transported to a hospital by a helicopter. They can help the patients improve experiencing an air transport by providing them with more information concerning the transport by a helicopter.

The thesis is divided into the theoretical part and the part focused on the research. The theoretical part is focused on the data on the deep vein thrombosis: anatomy data, pathophysiology, causes, clinical signs, investigation methods, complication and treatment. Regime precautions are the necessary part of the treatment. Their observance influences not only easing the complaints, but also prevents the onset of complication development which might result in patient ´s death. A patient with deep vein thrombosis is hospitalized at an ICU of internal department. A part of the thesis is the description of the department and the description of patient{\crq}s admission to the department. Education, interview and observation are the part of nurse ´s work. That is why I described the bases of education, educational process and observation. Qualitative research was applied. The research was carried out at ICU of internal department in Český Krumlov. Research group was created by 8 patients; each second of them was educated in super standard way. In all patients the introductory interview was carried out. The aim was to find out if a patient understood the information given by a doctor, if he or she knows about the regime precautions and their reasons. Further, the part of the patients was educated in super standard way in the course of the whole hospitalization. For this education an educational plan and an information brochure were created. After that the observation of all 8 patients was carried out. The observation was divided into two parts; the plan of observation was created. In the first part called the period of immobilization, the record was carried out during the first three days of this period. This part was focused on the regime precautions concerning the rest of a patient in bed, hydration, elevation of an affected limb, application of cold compresses and movement activities carried out in bed. The second period concerning the first three days when a patient could leave the bed, it was observed if the patients keep the application of elastic roller bandages before they leave the beds, hydration and movement activities according to the doctor ´s recommendation. The aim of my thesis was fulfilled. The research question was aimed at a question if the patients{\crq} awareness influences the observance of regime precautions in case of the deep vein thrombosis. The results proved that the education of patients significantly influences the observance of regime precautions. These patients moreover ask and are interested in the problems of the illness. On the basis of research results hypothesis were stated: H1: The education of patients with deep vein thrombosis positively influences the observance of regime precautions in the period of immobilization. H2: The education of patients with deep vein thrombosis increases their interest in regime precautions at the discharge into domiciliary nursing. The results of the research will be used at the professional hospital seminar for nurses. On the basis of the research the educational plan focused on the regime precautions for the patients with the deep vein thrombosis and informative brochure for the patients were created.
