The bachelor´s thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the company C SYSTEM CZ, a.s. within the years 2008 - 2012 on the basic of selected methods of financial analysis. The thesis is devided into four parts, the first one gives basic information about the company, the theoretical concepts of the second part is then brought into practice in the following part of the thesis. The interpretation of the results of the financial analysis is presented in the last part of the thesis. The thesis aims to evaluate the present finantial situation of the company to find proposals for its improvement.

Thesis on "Financial analysis of firm Petrof, s.r.o." is divided into two parts. The first part is concerned with methodical interpretation of financial analysis, in the second part is this described methodology applied on firm Petrof, s.r.o. In order to evaluate the company's financial situation observed in the period 2006-2008 external financial analysis is processed. This analysis utilizes the differential and ratio indicators and the bankruptcy model index IN05 and Du Pont analysis of return on equity index.
