The bachelor thesis deals with project documentation of residential building for four members family. The house is situated in the South Moravian Region in the village of Pavlov, cadastral territory of Dolní Věstonice. The building is designed as a timbered construction. The vertical constructions are designed as a massive timbered walls and horizontal constructions are designed as wood-beamed ceilings. The main object is covered with a gable roof. Adjacent buildings - garage and terrace are both roofed shed roof . Construction of pitched roof is purlin system with collar beams.

This thesis objective is to design and realise a construction of a timbered wooden house. The timbered house is made from a solid wood and completed by a heat insulation so that all the thermal requirements are satisfied. First part deals with the history and construction of timbered wooden houses. Practical part suggests some procedures of processing wood. Particular details of construction are described as well as methods of construction of a wooden house, accompanied by manufacturing drawings.

The aim of dissertation is to design the imitation of timbered house, which will be located in the environment of the Eagle Mountains. The proposal includes solution architectural, dispositional and structrual of buildings. The proposal is designed so as to honor the typical architecture of the Eagle Mountains. Composition of perimeter walls takes into consideration thermal technical requirements for residential construction. In the drawing documentation are shown a proposed solution using ground plans, a vertical section, drawing of foundations, ceilings, postcards and truss. This thesis deals with the processing dokumentation selected timbered house and design restoration at its construction and technical research. First, the work processed information about the building's history and its condition. Following the focus of the object and the status of wooden construction and individual elements. The work also includes the creation of drawings of the current state and the suitable proposal recovery.

Dolní Adršpach - rekreační objekt k celoročnímu užívání

In this thesis is designed half-timbered building that will serve for year-round recreation purposes and satisfies requirements of the owner. Object is constructed on a certain property, which is located at Protected Landscape Area Broumovsko in protected landscape zone III. and IV. The building is designed in respect to folk architecture and legal regulations and norms required by Protected Landscape Area Broumovsko. Together with the design of the building was also conducted a research of selected current surrounding buildings and their photo documentation. With compositions of building envelope is calculated heat thermal transmittance value "U-value". Attached, there is a drawing part as well, which can serve as a foundation for the construction of the building.
