Predikace druhového složení těžeben na základě biotopového mapování okolní krajiny: využití charakteristických druhů vyšších rostlin
SLABA, Michal
The surrounding habitats play an important role in the spontaneous vegetation succession in disturbed sites. They serve as donor sites for species colonizing various post-mining sites from the close surrounding. This diploma thesis deals with the species composition in post-mining sites and the surrounding habitats up to the 1 km distance from the locality. The results indicate, that basalt quarries share the largest amount of species with their surrounding habitats. The studied methods have got limited capability to predict the species composition of post-mining sites using only the knowledge about habitat types occurred in the surrounding. On the other hand, species composition of the surrounding habitats, defined by a selection of the representative relevés of the Czech National Phytosociological Database (CNFD), seems to be more promising approach. It could provide more precise results applied in ecological restoration of post-mining sites in the Czech Republic.
Kolonizace opuštěných lomů v Českém krasu vybranými cílovými druhy rostlin z okolí
ZAHRADKA, Aleš
This bachelor thesis summarises knowledge of value of quarries in the landscape. The thesis includes a project proposal focused on study an occurrence of target species in the surroundings of abandoned limestone quarries in the Bohemian Karst.
Návrh rostlinných druhů pro jedlou lesní zahradu
Houdková, Kristýna
In bachelor thesis there is performed basic characteristic and history of edible forest garden, following by the summary of natur principles and by the list of benefits whis gives us the garden. A separate chapter is devoted to the elements of ecogarden, among the most prominent improvement of soil properties. Further there are some options how to make the most of space in the garden. In the thesis there is of course list of plant species, which are ideal for arid climate. Plant species are untraditional or old variets.
Druhové zloženie vegetácie vo vybranom území mestského sídla
Malovcová, Monika
The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate species structure of vegetation in a chosen city. Three different localities (road, park and neighbourhood) were chosen in territory of Trnava. The evaluation of species structure was done by phytosociological relevés (20 m2). All found plant species were determined and their coverage was estimated. The evaluation was done in two months (june and august) in 2015. Acquired data was statistically evaluated by DCA and RDA analysis. Overall number of found species is 35. The most common plant species in neighbourhood were: Lolium perenne, Convolvulus arvensis, Trifolium repens, Hordeum murinum a Plantago lanceolata. The most common species in the park were: Lolium perenne, Trifolium repens, Acer platanoides, Plantago major, P. lanceolata. The most common species by road were: Elytrigia repens, Lolium perenne, Reseda lutea, Tripleurospermum inodoratum.
Botanical survey of a restored segment of the Jedlový stream (Šumava National Park)
PETRŮ, Jan
The thesis is part of project "Bohemian Revitalization of wetlands and peatlands". The aim is to catch up the current state (before revitalization) of vegetation and flora with possibility of the existence of rare endagered species in Fir Stream plains in the Southern Bohemia, district Prachatice, cadastral area Volary. There was engaged generic list of plants in this interest locality. There was defined by the 6 permanent areas with dimensions 4x4 m. I made a complete inventory of all found species. Overall, it was found 38 plant species: 11 monocotyledonous plants, 25 dicotyledonous plants and 2 bryophytes.
Botanical survey of the disturbed part of the Hučina stream (Černý Kříž, Šumava Mts.)
LAZÁRKOVÁ, Kateřina
The thesis is part of the project ?Bohemian Revitalization of wetlands and peatlands?. The aim is to capture the current state of vegetation and flora, with an emphasis on the existence of rare or endangered species in Hučina plains in the southeastern part of the Bohemian Forest. A generic list of sites added phytosociological images taken during the field survey. The area was defined by the 26 permanent plots. The grasslands of the plains area had dimensions 4 × 4 m, in the original channel and channel Hučina main drainage trench 8 × 2 m and forested floodplain of the 10 × 10 m in these areas. I made a complete inventory of all species found and I identified the vegetation cover. Species were recorded after the floors ? floor starting tree. Overall, it was found 106 plant species and 7 species of lichens. Most plant species occurring in individual areas belonged to bryophytes.
Spontaneous succession of vegetation of abandoned quarries in the Bohemian Karst: Occurrence of species in quarries and their surroundings
KAREŠOVÁ, Petra
Variation of vegetation during spontanneous succession was researched in ten limestone quarries in the Bohemian Karst in central part of the Czech Republic. Five abandoned quarries surrounded by woodland and five quarries with grassland prevailing in the surroundings were chosen. The age of quarries varied from 33 to 97 years. The complete list of plant species was recorded for each quarry and near surroundings (up to 100m).Resulting analyses demonstrated the close relationship between the occurrence of species in the quarries and their surroundings. The quarries may act as refugia for rare and retreating specie
