Technological stage of finishing works of apartment building ".

This bachelor thesis deals with the technological stage of realization of roof cladding and gutter system of a housing building. This building is situated in a gap site of urban development in Františkovy Lázně. For the roofing, seam roofing made of aluminum sheet metal roll was used. There is a gable roof with dormer-windows at both sides of the roof. For all the conducted tinsmith work including horizontal dormer walls sheathing and attachment of the building to adjacent buildings, aluminum sheet metal was used. A part of finishing tinsmith work is also realization of gutter system which is designed to be made of the same material from the same producer as the roof cladding. Gutter attachment is done by means of assembling polystyrene rollers into façade system of ETICS which ensure thermal bridges’ break.

The master's thesis deals with the steel structures in building industry. The aim of this paper is to propose and statically evaluate the load-bearing steel structure of railway station in Vsetín. After solving the construction load by the roof cladding and external cladding, it follows by an assessment of individual elements of construction, including an assessment of their joints. From a static perspective, the roof structure consists of two diagonal arches which are joined into each other in the top and two longitudinals frames. The entire structure is designed with an emphasis on freedom of internal layout independent of the load-bearing structure.

Within the context of the bachelor thesis, a design of a wooden house construction was developed, including an overview of the construction systems used in such buildings. A frame construction system was chosen for this building. The design documentation was carried out for site assembly. The aim of the work is to design the building in accordance with the Act No. 159/2020 Coll., on Planning and Building Code (Building Act) for the purpose of the construction procedure. In addition, a thermal-technical analysis of the whole building was carried out.
