The subject of the bachelor thesis is the processing of project documentation for the construction of a family house with an establishment. This building is designed in a slightly sloping terrain on the edge part of the village Holasice, part of Brno-countryside. The family house has a partial basement and two floors. Establishment is designed as a single-storey building with own access from the road and will be used for design activities. The building is based on plain concrete strip. Vertical structures are designed from ceramic blocks. Vertical stuctures of the basement will be also protected by a layer of permanent blocks. The roof of the family house is designed as a gable, above the garage is a flat roof with a vegetation area. Ceiling structures are made of monolithic, reinforced concrete.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is a newly-built family house with a workshop. The level of documentation is determined for the construction. The building is located in the town of Uherský Brod, northwest of the center. The house is designed as a detached two-storey building for a family of four also including a workshop – office. Access to the house is from the north side and the living rooms are situated on the southwest side, towards the garden. The house is designed from the Porotherm construction system. The vertical load-bearing masonry is made of Porotherm 30 Profi ceramic blocks, the horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete. The roofs are designed as warm flat roofs.

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is design documentation of a detached house with horse stables. Both buildings are situated in Moravský Krumlov. The detached house is designed as a wooden house with a partial basement and two ground floors. Enterance to the house is oriented to the north. Behind the house is standing horse stable with one ground floor and pen. The structural system of the building is based on the Porotherm system.

The thesis focused on a design of new bigger detached house witch accomplish low-energetic standard and witch is situated on cadastral area Líšeň. Designed subject propose for locations on a plots No. 5318/16 and 5318/17, which has full place 2 169,688 m2. This plots are on street’s line of isolated standing houses on Ječmínkova street. The building is a one-floor house with using loft without cellar for five-seven members family. This object has place for plant as office for one of owners this house. Part of house is garage, for two cars. On the plots is designed parking place for 5 cars for needs of owners visitations or client of office. Building foundations are making of concrete strip foundations. Vertical loadbearing masonry are ceramic blocks. Horizontal construction is monolithic reinforced concrete slab. Object has saddle slanting roof with roof slope 35° and this roof forms 2 big mono-pitched dormers with roof slope 15°. Roof upon garage is created as warm flat green roof.

The building in question is a new build home comprising two housing units. It is situated in Brno-Horní Heršpice, a quiet district that is well connected to the city centre. The house features two above-ground habitable floors as well as one underground floor, which serves as a cellar/storage space. Designed as an ultra-low energy building, the house has a shed roof with a folded sheet rooftop. THERM-type bricks are used for the construction while thermal comfort is achieved by a certified external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) featuring façade polystyrene. In addition to the house as such, the land also includes a garden with a swimming pool for each housing unit. The building forms part of a terraced development.

The topic of this bachelor‘s thesis is processing of a project documentation of a new building of detached house with a workshop – design office with facilities. The building is located in the inner city of Hradec Králové on a flat plot. This detached house has no basement. There is ground floor and residential attic. Building has a irregular plan with the biggest proportions 14,32 m x 15,32 m with height of main ridge 7,66 m. This main roof truss covers double storey part of house and roof slope is 30°. Single storey part of house is covered by mono-pitched roof with roof slope 12°. At the southwest wall of building is huge terrace with a sitting. It is accesible from living room. Whole object surrounds by garden with new trees and bushes. Near to entering the building is a little pond. At the northeastern part of plot is a small parking place. Layout of house is adapted for four-membered family. An important part of the house is a design office enabling work from home. This building is middle size. There are rooms like living room, guest room, facilities and garage. Covered entrance to wind lobby is situated in the northeastern part of the plot. From this wind lobby is possible to acces to design office or staircase hall which is situated at ground floor in the center part of house. At the southeast part of house is situated guest room and utility room. At the southwest is a huge living room with dining area and kitchen which is center of social life of the familly. Northwest part of house is intended for facilities, pantry, registry, storage and garage. At attic is situated bedrooms with dressing rooms and sanitary facilities, gaming-room and storage.

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je projektová dokumentace a návrh nového rodinného domu s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Dům je určen pro šest členů rodiny s překladatelskou kanceláří pro jednoho z členů rodiny. Dům se nachází v klidné části obce Jinačovice, v okrese Brno v Jihomoravském kraji České republiky. Tento objekt je samostatně stojící se dvěma patry, dvěma balkony a velkou okolní zahradou. Svislá nosná konstrukce domu je zděná z keramických tvárnic Porotherm. Vodorovná nosná konstrukce je vyrobena z předpjatých stropních panelů Spiroll. Budova je postavena na základech ze betonových pásů. Střecha je plochá se střešnímí deštovými vpustmi a izolací z minerální vlny. Budova je zateplena systémem ETICS. Projektová dokumentace obsahuje také posouzení požární bezpečnosti budovy, výpočty základů a zatížení, tepelně technické posouzení a posouzení na akustiku a denní osvětlení.
Family house with speech therapy clinic

A topic of this Bachelor thesis is developing a design documentation for building site. It´s a detached house for a family of four members with two children, which part is a speech therapy clinic. It is structured to two floors - ground floor and first floor, and basement. We can find a kitchen and living room on the ground floor. In another part of the ground floor is situated a speech therapy clinic and waiting room. Speech therapy clinic have a separate entrance. The speech therapy clinic is solved as accessible. The first floor is made as living area only. A part of the family house with speech therapy clinic is a garage for one car. We can find three parking spots in the car park in front of the house. One of the spots is solved as accessible. The garden is situated on the south side of the house. From a construction part a vertical supporting system is made from ground brick block type THERM with mineral isolation inside. Upon the basement and ground floor there is a floor with precast planks, upon the part of the ground floor and the first floor there is a plate floor. Upon the garage there is a green roof and upon the first flor there is a warm flat roof.

The vertical structures are made of ceramic block. The ceiling construction is made of a reinforced concrete. The roof is flat with asphaltic bands. The building is based on foundation strips.

The subject of this thesis is two-storey wooden basement house. The building plot is located in Moravany u Brna. The House is designed with the view of surrounding buildings and the location. The House will be used for living of a family of four members. The plan view of the House is L shaped. The main entrance and the driveway to the House is at 1st floor level. The vertical walls are formed by a wooden frame with thermal insulation sheathed on both sides of wood chip boards and plasterboards. The ceiling structure is made of wooden beams with embedded insulation. The detached house consists of two walkable flat roofs and one non-walkable flat roof. The project was prepared by a computer program called ArchiCAD.
