Landscape cultivation and the Agricultural Land Fund management are important for land and environment. I have dealt with the issue of the regulatory tools of the exemption of land from Agricultural Land Fund. I tried to create a complex view on this problematic. I deal with the common introduction, analysis of the contemporary legislation, dismantling of individual groups of tools and also practical analysis of specific examples. I suggested some possible adjustments and changes to improve the contemporary situation. I suggested changes to protect the nature and preserve the natural values.

Ochrana klimatu - historie, současnost, perspektiva

This bachelor thesis focuses on international conventions that are associated with climate change. The aim of the thesis is to create an overview of the ratified conventions in the world and in the Czech Republic. The opening chapter processed with the development of climate protection in history. Here is also mentioned an overview of important moments connected to environmental protection starting with the Stockholm Conference, the establish of the IPCC and the Rio de Janeiro Conference. Apart from these conferences, there are others that have taken place since 1992. The next chapter is devoted to conventions with the aim of breaking the process for creation of the international environmental conventions, in which are created factors and which are participate in their creation and define their position in international law. It deals about international conventions such as United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change or Kyoto Protocol. In the last and penultimate chapter is devoted individual regulatory instruments in the Czech republic which should moderate manifestations of climate change.

Vyhodnocení vybraných parametrů znečištění ovzduší v zájmovém území

The work is focused on the evaluation of the development of air quality in Zlin based on selected parameters of air pollution. The reader is familiar with the basic legislative regulation of air protection, waste key substances discharged into the air with an emphasis on their negative effects on components of the environment and human health. Also identified are regulatory instruments governing the issue of air pollution and monitoring systém, collecting and publishing data on air quality. Based on the values obtained from measurements at monitoring stations located in the area of interest published by the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute in tabular survey analyzed data on selected pollutants in the air in Zlin in time series 2010-2014. Most air in Zlín burden suspended particles PM10. The concentrations of these substances in the urban area often exceed the statutory limit value. The largest sources of air pollution include transportation while in the colder months of the year, as well as local household heating.Fine particles PM2.5 emissions of NO2 and SO2 concentrations in the town of Zlin holds below the permitted limit value.

Regulační nástroje v oblasti ochrany klimatického systému Země na mezinárodní úrovni

This study deals with regulatory conventions and instruments on the protection of Earth's climate system. The history of the last century of climate changes to date. There are named and described important organizations dealing with the protection of the environment and climate and independent researches. Another part deals with international conventions such as the Kyoto Protocol and United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and other conventions with indirect relation to climate change. It also explores the functioning of European legislation, implementing conventions into practice and legislation of the Czech Republic and their laws implementing superior European law. The last part deals with some of my recommendations for international climate protection policy.
