Kompozity nanouhlíkatých materiálů pro ochranu zemědělských rostlin před houbovými patogeny
Burešová, Michaela
Graphene oxide (GO) belongs to carbon-based nanomaterials (CBNs) and is capable of bonding with various molecules, thanks to the presence of functional oxygen groups in its structure, created during graphene oxidation. This mechanism can be applied on nutrient and pesticide delivery and improve their utilization by plants. Sulphur is an essential nutrient and also has fungicidal properties. In this study, graphene oxide was synthesized and used to make two nanocomposites containing sulphur. GO and nanocomposites were then characterized. Nanocomposites were tested for phytotoxicity, and their potential fungicidal properties were studied. Both nanocomposites showed significant fungistatic effect against grey mold when tested on plates with medium. However, when tomato leaves were treated with nanocomposites, inhibition effect against mycelium growth was ineffective.
Ochrana rajčat ve skleníkových a polních podmínkách
Mokrá, Kristýna
The main aim of my bachelor thesis was to evaluate the infection of several varieties of edible tomato by pathogens in one locality, in a greenhouse, and under field conditions. The next step was to compare the obtained results with the results of the infection at the nearest observation point of ÚKZÚZ. The attention was paid to the cultivated varieties Zlatava, Blueberry, Start F1 and to the determined pathogens such as Alternaria spp., Fulvia fulva and Phytophthora infestans. The survey was conducted in 2020 in a private garden. Tomatoes were monitored during the growing season according to BBCH phases and parts infected by pathogens were evaluated according to the Methodology of utility value tests of ÚKZÚZ. The infected parts were cultured on a PDA in a laboratory, followed by the determination of pathogens using a laboratory microscope. The results of infection of individual pathogens on the selected variety in a specific environment were evaluated and expressed in a graphical representation.
Vliv specifické aplikace zvýšené teploty na vývoj a produkci modelové rostliny Solanum lycopersicum L. kultivar Micro-Tom
Bařinková, Magda
Temperature fluctuations are currently the most serious abiotic factors that negatively affect plant growth and development, as well as seed and fruit production. It is assumed that up to 70 % yield of crops is reduced due to suboptimal environmental conditions. Although these factors have a demonstrably negative effect on yields of crops, the question is whether they can be modified to positively stimulate plant growth and development. The bachelor thesis is focused on the influence of the changing temperature conditions on the growth and development of the model tomato plant (Solanum lycopersicum L.) cultivar Micro-Tom. Basic growth parameters such as size and plant generation time, size and shape of the fruit showed a positive impact of heated soil on tomato plants development. Last but not least, the targeted transcriptomic analysis revealed that plants growing in the heated soil contain an altered expression of genes related to signaling and metabolic pathways of cytokinin, abscisic acid, ethylene and gibberellins. This corresponds with the positive impact of heated soil on the fruit development and ripening.
Hodnocení fyzikálních a chemických vlastností rajčat
Nekužová, Daniela
This bachelor thesis is focusing on the evaluation of physical and chemical properties of tomatoes in the ripening and maturation period. In the theoretical part are mentioned information about origin and extension of tomatoes, botanical characteristics, described growing technology, the characteristics of the tomatoes during ripening, harvesting and storage, material composition and specification of measured values. Practical part is divided in two parts. Assessment of material composition and determination of gaseous components emanated from the tomatoes into the environment. The determination was made for these varieties: Hardy, Orkádo, Pálava and Sonet. Determination of material composition are weight, proportions, coat firmness, refraction and titrating acidity. Determination of gaseous components emanated from the tomatoes during ripening, harvesting and storage are determination of ethylene production and intensity of respiration tomatoes.
The content of ascorbic acid in fruits of selected species of tomatoes
VOSPĚLOVÁ, Renata
The goal of this dissertation was to determine and to compare the content of the ascorbic acid in the fruitages of the selected mutations of the tomatoes. There was established a small site grower focus in the own garden, for which were selected three mutations of the tomatoes plants (Diana, Oranže, Dulcia). There was determined the content of the ascorbic acid by the titrating Method with 2,6-dichlorphenolindophenole in the fruitages of the tomatoes after the harvest. Further on there was determined the content of the ascorbic acid with the same method by the tomatoes, which were bought in the common shopping chains in the Czech republic.
