Risk analysis and evaluation in building foundations design
Kalenda, Lukáš ; Bednářová, Bronislava (referee) ; Vymazal, Tomáš (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of quality, environmental and safety risks in the design process of the designing the foundations of building. The calculation procedure is shown in the model example. Subsequently, the risk analysis according to DIN EN 31010: 2011 Risk Management - Risk Assessment Techniques is performed. The risk assessment was made by following methods: analysis of the causes and consequences (Ishikawa diagram), the risk matrix and Analysis Failure Modes and Effects (FMEA). Using these methods, the risk were identified and assessed. There are also proposed appropriate measures to reduce the risk value. Comparisons with publications with a similar theme is performed in the final summary.
Measurement of quality of gamma-cameras
Awadová, Thuraya ; Kolář, Radim (referee) ; Drastich, Aleš (advisor)
The topic of this bachelor thesis is the measurement of the gamma cameras’ quality. First, we will focus on the general methodology of imaging in gamma-imaging systems, on the particular types of constructions and technical parameters influencing the resulting imaging quality. In the practical part of the thesis we will pay attention to the methodology of measurement of particular technical parameters within planar or SPECT gamma cameras in a planar mode and their realisation at the Clinic of Nuclear Medicine, Faculty Hospital Brno. The measurement follows the recommendations of the State Office for Nuclear Safety and of the particular gamma camera producer. In conclusion, the stability of a particular quantitative parameter will be evaluated.
Analysis and Evaluation of the Risk Involved in Techniques Used in the Construction of Built Structures in a Integrated Control System Environment
Bednářová, Bronislava ; Misák, Petr (referee) ; Vymazal, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of quality, environmental and safety risks and applying appropriate methodologies. From ČSN EN 31010 Risk management - Risk assessment techniques were selected for work tools - Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Pareto diagram, Bow tie analysis and Causes and effect analysis (Ishikawa diagram). The aim of this thesis is to analyze and assess the quality, environmental and safety risks of selected construction technologies and conditions established an integrated management system to handle simple tools for the management and elimination.
Methods and steps for quality problem solving for industrial practice
Konečný, Zdeněk ; Kosina, Petr (referee) ; Novotný, Radovan (advisor)
This work deals with approaches and methods, which uses for purposes problem solving with quality (planning and improving quality), and software tools every method. Basic sight this work is give information on existent methods. In practical part are introduce case studies of basic methods for problem solving with quality.
Process performance analysis
Řezníčková, Hana ; Koška, Petr (referee) ; Fiala, Alois (advisor)
This master´s thesis deals with analysis current state of the quality management system in the company TRANSELCO CZ s. r. o. For this purpose it was necessary to map the existing processes, examine the documentation, and then perform the internal audit. On the basis of the findings of this analysis was to identify recommendations which should serve to streamline and improve the quality management system and increasing the efficiency of processes.

Analysis of errors in the manufacturing process and their elimination
Slabyhoudek, Jiří ; Fiala, Alois (referee) ; Koška, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with the analysis of assembly lines and improve of individual assembly processes to achieve the minimum number of discordant products . It consists of four parts - the first part of this labour deals with general information about the methods of quality control , which are beeing designed to improve actively used . The second part is devoted to the analysis of assembly lines in the company with regard to the financial value of discordant products that are on the line depreciated. Based on the results of determining the most critical line, which is then subjected to a thorough investigation. The third section focuses on selected critical line, you can find here a detailed analysis of discordant products and here is beeing established the root, that causes defects . Based on the information is beeing designed improvement and its application to the assembly line. The fourth section deals with a brief summary of all applicable suggestions for improvement and evaluation of their effectiveness.
Statistical Process Control
Hudečková, Eva ; Fiala, Alois (referee) ; Koška, Petr (advisor)
The master´s thesis deals with the problem of statistical process control. The theoretical part describes the basic quality tools and new quality tools, as a tool for collecting, recording, classifying, and analyzing data. The knowledge gained from the theoretical part are used to describe processes in the company Heat Transfer Systems s.r.o., analyze sticking points, control plans updating and to statistical process control in the organization.
Evaluation of statistical quality control (SPC) in solving the stability of processes in die castings
Hejduk, Oldřich ; Morávková, Jitka (referee) ; Čech, Jaroslav (advisor)
The aim of the theoretical part of this thesis is to describe the system of the aluminium casting alloys, with focus on the aluminium castings used for die casting. In this part of the thesis the different methods of the quality management are described. The practical application of these methods is described in the experimental part of this thesis, in which we focus on the evaluation of the statistical quality management and the process stability of the die casting parts of the selector mechanism cover. This part of the thesis also contains suggestion for the QFD method for this cast.
Quality-evaluation tools for Al-alloy die-castings
Rozman, Jiří ; Čech, Jaroslav (advisor)
The goal of this diploma thesis is to on a practical example, with use of the quality system, describe the current state of input casting inspection in Tribotec Ltd. and output casting inspection of casting suppliers in this company and to suggest a new way of output casting inspection on Tribotec Ltd. with higher quality of spoilage rate survey of supplying casting already at the input inspection stage.
