E-shopping presents one of the best ways of business support today. That is why my bachelor thesis is focused on finding the optimal solution of e-shop for company producing gift pottery. Although it is sucessfull company in this branch it has never used electronic shopping for selling their products. A part of my thesis is a profile of this company on which base I tried to design realisable solution of an e-shop with theoretical background.

The diploma thesis deals with purchasing activities and fluency of information flow in the international company Zebra Technologies CZ s.r.o.. The aim is to create a methodology for indirect purchases of goods and services used by internal customers through catalog orders. The study includes a proposal for improving purchase activities efficiency, as well as the entire Procure-To-Pay cycle.
The Study of Inventory Management in Connection with Manufacturing Process

This master’s thesis deals with problems of inventory management in the International Repair Centre for Symbol Technologies Czech Republic s.r.o.. Actual inventory management is described with a focus on materials planning, storage and evidence of inventory movements using information database systems. A part of the thesis is also an analysis of inventory categories from several different aspects. The purpose of the master’s thesis is to submit suitable suggestions of how to improve existing inventory management processes.

The bachelor’s thesis aims to develop preparation documentation for the bulder’s purchase order from the builder’s perspective. The bachelor’s thesis is divided into two separate sections. In tje theoretical section of the thesis, the documentation resolves the project by highlighting the essential terms, processes and conditions. In the second section of the thesis, the project delivery conditions have been defined and implemented into a specific builder’s purchase order. The outcome of the thesis is to develop documentation as a base for preparing the builder’s purchase order.
