Psychogalvanometric measurement and biofeedback
Paulasová, Lenka ; Čmiel, Vratislav (referee) ; Hrozek, Jan (advisor)
This work deals with bio-feedback and the possibility of measuring changes in skin resistance for biofeedback. The Theoretic part is focused on the principle of biofeedback and its use. Next deals with the resistance of the skin, the changes depending on the emotions and the measurement this change . The practical part is devoted to the creation program for the use of skin resistance to change biofeedback in LabVIEW.
Analysis of the galvanic skin response
Caha, Martin ; Chmelař, Milan (referee) ; Ronzhina, Marina (advisor)
This work deals with the analysis of skin conductance for the study of the psychophysiological state of man, with a focus on the change in the level of arousal. It is important to study microsleep events during driving, where there are the changes in alertness and consequently the changes in skin conductivity. The experimental protocol is proposed. Skin conductance analysis is realized in Matlab. This program allows drowing reaction time and measured conductivities and calculating their parameters. These data are used for determination of vigilance level.
Skin resist and psycho-galvanic reflex
Trávníčková, Hana ; Bubník, Karel (referee) ; Chmelař, Milan (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis was to clarify the phenomenon called psychogalvanic reflex, describe mechanism of its origin, its affects and use in practice. It analyzes the structure of the skin and its properties in terms of conducting electrical current, describes the phenomenon itself and discusses the conditions for its measurement. The practical part is devoted to the concept and realization of a simple psychogalvanometer. This device is connected with PC and acquired signal is processed by LabView.
Tissue impedance measurement
Nejezchleba, Zdeněk ; Rampl, Ivan (referee) ; Chmelař, Milan (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with the measurement of resistance of the skin with direct current. It describes the changes in the value of time, depending on the emotional stability of the human and his psychological habit. It is a method able describe the relatively objectively and compare human emotions.
Skin galvanic response and its detection
Brudík, Vladislav ; Kolářová, Jana (referee) ; Chmelař, Milan (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis describes historical progress of psycho galvanic reflex measurement. It deals with polarization of electrodes and value of measured current and voltage coming thorough tissues of human skin. It also deals with conducting of electric current in different tissues and its effect on human organism. In the final part of this project it’s described construction of psychogalvanometer and its application.
Psycho-galvanic reflex
Kuběna, Zdeněk ; Kolář, Radim (referee) ; Chmelař, Milan (advisor)
Semestral thesis on the topic Psychogalvanic – reflex deals with causal formation, detection and subsequent using of this diagnostic signal. In the theoretical section we discuss the structure of skin, the mechanism formation skin resistence and its influence on skin appendages. It also deals with various ways to capture this reflex and factors affecting their own measurements. Described are the most common types of electrodes, which when taking psychogalvanic reflex use. Last chapter deals with the block diagram psychogalvanometer.
Psychogalvanic reflex
Peterová, Soňa ; Harabiš, Vratislav (referee) ; Chmelař, Milan (advisor)
This thesis deals with the description, origin and possibilities of measurement psychogalvanic reflex. Also included will be the proces to measure the phenomen using either AC or DC. Psychogalvanic reflex is also associated with supraliminal stimulus. Activation or deactivation of sweat glands, controlled by free will of man, are responsive to this initiative. Attention is also given the characteristics of the electric current on human beings and the associated security scan on a living subject.
