Production Process of Model of Holder Using Additive Technology of Rapid Prototyping

The bacherol thesis is focused on approach of design and production of the model GPS holder with using additive technology Rapid Prototyping. The design is created in parametric Autodesk Inventor programme and next production is realized with utilizing manufacturing machine Fortus 400, which generates products on the principle of additive method of Fused Deposition Modeling. The thesis also consists of characterize and practical applications of additive technology Rapid Prototyping inclusive of the most used methods and materials of the technology. In the end of the thesis it´s accomplished technical – economic valorization of the GPS holder and comparing the production costs, which would have spent at other organizations.

Two-stage Gearbox 3D Printing

The aim of this bachelor thesis is creation of two-stage gearbox by method of 3D printing. For the creation of basic computer model has been used software Autodesk Inventor Professional. Final model has been created by method of Fused Deposition Modelling, on device uPrint SE.

Development and construction of HSS modular milling cuttter

The aim of this thesis is to design geometry and dimension of involute gear cutter and its construction on parametric software Autodesk Inventor and fabrication a prototype of this cutter. This thesis has also concern with analysis and division of high speed steel and division of cutting tools. In this thesis was used bibliography, norms and collaboration with company named ZPS-FN a.s. The result of thesis is fabrication of prototypes of involute gear cutter for module 2 from eight-member sequence, namely members 1 and 8.

This diplom thesis addresses the fundamental analysis of the general use of laser technology. Maintanence parameteres in laser wood cutting. Design wooden kit, cutting wooden kit and make kit prototyp. Last part of diploma thesys deals with technical and economic evaluation and comparison laser technology versus CNC machine. In diplom thesis is created procedure for glue kit.

Remote controled robot unit

Labor is handling of the programming movement functions and construction of the simple robot, a design of double-layer printed circuit boards for its implementation and realizes remote control. Motional functions were tested using the test, hand-soldered, double-layer board implemented on soldery bay of joints and demonstrated on prototype. The movements themselves have been simulated using LEDs, the remaining parts were up to the type of casing the same with a planned final design of the board. Using the prototype we demonstrated complete exact movements. For the control microcontroller was chosen for the board of the robot and controller ATMEGA16, communication takes place through USART bus of this microcontrollers. Programming was carried out in CodeVision and AVR Studio, design of printed circuit boards in the EAGLE.

The prototype's main goal is to present the intended structure, useability, and design of the final website, and serve as a basis for building the final working version.

Folding mechanism for mobile satellite antenna

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the design and construction of a manipulating mechanism for a satellite antenna, mainly for use on vehicles that will be able to work even in adverse weather conditions. The design and manufacturing of the device should provide sufficient positioning accuracy and toughness of the structure. Since this is a prototype therefore the design solutions should be chosen with regard to simplicity of production.
