Relationship of biological age of children and their success in karate

and key words The definition of problematicity: According to the date of birth, the whole population expresses their age numerically, sometimes known as the calendar or chronological year. Nevertheless, from the biological point of view, this statement can be misrepresented in the meaning. The real and precise age, here we mean the biological age, can be different. The Aim: The aim of my batchelor thesis is to consider and evaluate the populational biological age of children doing karate, ranging from 10-15 years. We want to find out whether the biological age has any impact on karate competitions' results. The methods: There is a group of individuals, including boys and girls, who accomplish the criteria for the evaluation. One of them is the approximate achievement of the same technical level of the karateist and the minimal two years competition's attendance. According to Brauer, the biological determination of the year will not only be carried out by the proportional method (in Riegerová, Přidalová, Ulbrichová, 2006; Riegerová, Sedlak, 1996; Riegerová, 1984) but also by the help of orientational growing age of children.
