Management and implementation of the co-financed project within the Ministry of Regional Development CZ

This bachelor thesis deals with the project management within the central authority of the public administration, the Ministry for Regional Development of the Czech Republic and it aims to discuss the results of the project. Many of the projects within the public administration are co-financed by the European Union. Due to this financing, projects are specific and unique because they have specific methods and guidelines that have been developed by superior authorities.
The theoretical part is conceived in terms of project management issues. Those issues include history, standards, and methods.
The practical part describes the environment of the Ministry for Regional Development. The idea of the project office within the Ministry and implementation, the selected co-financed project includes a description of key project activities and planned achievement of the planned project.
The final part of the thesis compares the achieved results with the planned results which were set at the beginning.
The integral part of this thesis is personal contribution of the author within the selected project.

Electronic platforms for projects funding (Kickstarter, Indiegogo and others)

This bachelor thesis Electronic platforms for projects funding (Kickstarter, Indiegogo and others) is divided into two parts: a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with crowdfunding as a way of raising financial capital for a project and is focused on basic characteristic, history and different types of crowdfunding. There will be presented some selected electronic platforms through which project developers can raise necessary funds for their project realization. The practical part of this bachelor thesis is devoted to the realization of one's own crowdfunding project through a selected electronic platform for project funding. The main goal of the project is to test whether it would be possible to use crowdfunding as one of the financial sources of financing one's own business. The conclusion of this thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the results of the campaign and its impact on business.

with the educational projects in the school programs at secondary vocational schools in
practice. It examines the theoretical didactic psychological aspects of a project during its
implementation in the educational process. Besides theory the thesis describes the practical
implementation of the specific long term project The Herb Garden, at a particular secondary
vocational school of gastronomy.

This thesis deals with project management in the selected company LINET, which is dedicated mainly manufacturing and innovation hospital and nurturing beds. Concretely, this work is focused on the project life cycle development projects, thus on his phases. After analyzing current situation of project management in a company, is pointed to weaknesses with a proposal for improvement. Based on theoretical and practical knowledge is created a new proposal structure project phases and recommended a list of documentation, which the author has added several templates. Further are proposed responsibility matrix for each phase separately.

Project Management in AŽD Praha s.r.o.

This thesis is focused on the comparison and evaluation of the current status of project management in the company AŽD PRAHA s.r.o. within the context of international standard PRINCE2. Part of the goal is to suggest the integration of selected project tools within the project management in the company AŽD PRAHA s.r.o. The theoretical portion deals with the definition of the main concepts of project management and explains the fundamentals upon which the international standard PRINCE2 is based. The practical part discusses the introduction of the chosen company and describes the internal state of the project management and its comparison with the PRINCE2 methodology. The contribution of this work is a qualitative analysis of the internal project management methodology of a chosen company in the context of PRINCE2. Another contribution is the creation of improvement suggestions in risk management and plan management areas, which is supported by illustrative examples. A discussion with the company AŽD PRAHA s.r.o. of the results achieved takes place at the end of the thesis.

The Diploma thesis deals with process improvements in project management in Alstom Power s.r.o.. The thesis is divided into three basic parts - theoretical, analytical and proposal part. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the analytical methods for examining the business environment, which will afterwards be used to analyse the current state of a company's position in the second part, analytical part, of this work. In the analytical part are identified the same errors during the project implementation. In the last part of the own proposals are presented measures that could eliminate errors.

The theme of this thesis is issue of project management and specialized software, that are used in civil engineering. Trial and actual versions will be compared based on specific criteria. The output will be subjective opinion which software is the most suitable for construction company. Afterwards, will be created demonstrative example of project for the apartment building by the winning software.

Investment Construction in the Frame of the Regional Development

Abstract The aim of this study is to create a general knowledge about function of Regional, Cohesion policy in the European Union and in the Czech Republic. The introduction of the theoretical part describes the history of EU and the formation of regional policy. Then it characterizes main goals, instruments and programmes of the regional policy. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the completed project „Level crossings in the track section Frýdlant nad Ostravicí – Ostravice“, which was co-funded by the European Union under the Operational Programme Transport.
