The Use of Methods of the Project management in Company

The content of bachelor thesis is the use of project management tools and PRINCE2 methodology in practice. The main goal is to create a project plan for the implementation of a new tool designed to collect feedback data from customers in a particular company. At the beginning of the thesis, basic concepts such as project, project management, project life cycle or PRINCE2 methodology are described. The second part is focused on the analysis of the current state of the company with its summary in the SWOT analysis. In the last part, a project proposal with the application of the PRINCE2 methodology and its structure tailored to the environment and the needs of the company is compiled.

Modelling of Selected Processes in Project Management by Using the BIC Tool

The bachelor thesis deals with a proposal that has the task of streamlining the display of business processes and better explaining the way of managing a portfolio of projects in a given company. Primary task is to introduce and implement solutions in the form of process models that depict project management in the information technology portfolio, but also a description of the course of this implementation at Garrett Advancing Motion. At the beginning of the thesis, the theoretical foundations of project management and process modeling are described. Based on this theory, the company is then analyzed, the solution itself is designed with implementation and overall evaluation.

Life cycle costs of residential building

The aim of this work is to introduce the topic "Life cycle costs for residential buildings" and a specific example to compare the real cost with the model, resulting in the operating phase of the life cycle of a building, using indicators BLCC. The paper also solved possible replacements for alternative materials selected functional components that can be positively or negatively affect other life cycle costs. These solutions can be used investor to invest in other phases of the life cycle of the building.

The bachelor thesis deals with the course of the procurement process in a selected company. The company is primarily focused on the implementation of gas pipelines and pipelines’ products in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The company provided me with a range of information and documentation to help me analyze the procurement process. On the basis of an evaluation of the analysis, I have drafted a proposal that should lead to an improvement in the procurement process.

Master’s thesis is focused on design for e-shop implementation as a service for company called VALMAX LED ECO s.r.o. The design is executed in the form of a project. Thesis is divided into 4 main parts. Firstly the necessary theoretical basis is gathered. Then analyses of external and internal environment are conducted, the current and desired state of the company are presented in the next part followed by practical chapter, where there is specifically stated how to proceed with e-shop implementation for a new customer.

The major point is to create a project that is aiming on expanding field of aktivity in selected company with the use of theoretical knowledge of project management. The last part of the thesis solves proposals and desribes benefits created by these solutions in monitored company.

The first part is evaluation of theoretical approaches to the solution, which is based on the literature. The next part is an analysis of the current state of the organization, where the issue of the order management in the organization is described. Based on this analysis , customized proposal solutions are made, to create added value for each activity to meet customer requirements.

The Bachelor‘s thesis focuses on the study during the contract in company Ekostavby Brno, Inc., which deals in the areas of water, transportation and civil engineering. There is defined the current status of the study during the contract through an analysis in this company and also suggestions for improvement the overall study during the contract according to customer requirements with a focus on quality and delivery dates.
