Business plan of development of the enterprise providing goods and services for dog owners

This bachelors thesis was made with the goal to develop a business plan and evaluate if the business is able to succeed in the competitive environment and generate a longtime profit. In the theoretical part we will get to know how the business plan is supposed to look and what it consists of. In the practical part is theoretical knowledge applied in practice and created a business plan that describes the business opportunity, which is based on research of the market and analysis of the competition. The business plan also includes a financial plan, a realization plan and a SWOT analysis. The main goal of the business plan is to explore the possibility of realization of the plan and the ability to succeed in the competitive environment. It should be also a basic document for managing the firm, making plans and defining the strategy of development for the future.
