In this work, we introduce the evolution of thinking in the field of corporate governance. We are focusing on process management and current possibilities information support business processes. We'll show you an overview of performance measurement tools and process efficiency. An important part of this work is dedicated to design its own discount site that allows its customers to bulk purchases of various goods and services at a bargain price. For this site was created by an instrument to promote corporate portfolio. The tool is designed to automatically monitor and analyze sales success in competition and thus promote the award of contracts and specific form of a sale on your own server. The end of work is devote to practical use of the discount site in the real environment and evaluation of results.
The Application of Process Management in the Production Enterprise

In this thesis we study the organizational structure of TOS KUŘIM - OS, a.s. We attempt to analyze company procedures using SWOT analysis. We analyze the process of securing sub-deliveries. We suggest specific changes to the manufacturing processes and specify conditions under which the changes could be realized.
Proposal of Process Order Management

This bachelor's thesis deals with the solution and analysis of the order process in the company Teknia Uhersky Brod, a.s., which deals with the production of plastic parts by injection molding. The first part of the thesis introduces the company, then describes the theoretical basis of the work on the issue. In the practical part, an analysis of the order and the business environment (internal and external) is performed. For the identified weaknesses are further designed solutions, which should lead to the elimination of these shortcomings. The conclusion describes the conditions of implementation and benefits of proposed solutions.

Business Process Management, the object of this thesis, has still growing importance in the functioning of the organization, and has a positive impact on its success. In the view of a dynamic market environment, Business Process Management has an inherent importance in the strategic business development. When an organization decides to implement process control and manage its activities, it should be also able to measure its processes and evaluate them. This ability gives the organization the possibility to efficiently and effectively manage processes and identify shortcomings for creation of business strategy on a competitive market. This dissertation presents a new evaluation model of a process control in the production systems, which organizations can use as a guide for further development. This work brings a new perspective in the field of process control and its evaluation of the production systems. The main objective of this dissertation is to design the assessment of the process control levels in the production systems on the basis of theoretical research and practical experience. The proposed solution was then verified by field research in selected organizations.
Design of Lean Manufacturing Process in the Production Hall

The intent of this thesis is to design a lean production process for a manufacturing plant owned by TOS KUŘIM - OS. a.s. The manufacturing process is analyzed using the value stream mapping method. The method is used to identify inefficient steps in the production process. Furthermore, the thesis offers solutions to the recognized problems, aiming to increase added value and minimize waste.
