It presents analysis of the current state of the business processes. The proposal tackle the improvement of processes in the form of process map shown by diagrams that provide an improved model of the functioning of company.

This bachelor thesis evaluates the framework of logistics at DHL Supply Chain s.r.o. and their customer Gross. It emphasizes on processes and optimization in stocks. In its theoretical part the thesis deals with the characteristics of the logistics, process maps, supply chain, SWOT analysis and employee survey. In the practical part there are two processes developed to process maps, comparison storage systems and employee satisfaction. As a result, these findings will improve the design process, efficiency and employee satisfaction.
