Application of information security in the area of printing security - case study

The thesis deals with the topic of information security in the field of printing within the Prague office of international company. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the issue of print security, focusing on the state of security of the printing process and employee awareness of this topic. The theoretical part describes possible threats in terms of information security that can affect a corporate company. In response to potential threats, security measures and systems that can prevent their negative effects are presented. One of the chapters is devoted to normative measures that deal with this topic. For the practical part, a mixed research methodology was chosen, namely a combination of internal materials and regulations study and a questionnaire survey investigating employees' awareness of print security issues. The result of the research is an analysis of the current state of print security and a proposal for changes that the company could implement in the future to achieve safer printing.
