The ground floor has partly a roof slab with a green roof, the first floor has a roof slab with aggregate. Floor slab over first floor is partly supported by three columns. On the second floor is a master bedroom, two separate rooms for children, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and another study room. Walls are from ceramic blocks and slabs are from precast concrete panels. There´s ground-water heat pump with ground well connected with floor heating system and 200 litres hot water cylinder. House using water mains and main sewer. Main concept design is focused on mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery. Ventilation rate is 400 m3/h, because of cooker hood. There´s equal pressure ventilation. Fans are connected to supply by flexible ducts. House is connected to electricity grid. On the higher roof are photovoltaic panels to generate electricity. Excess energy is stored in batteries. Supply ducts and pipes are in ceiling voids. The documentation is included Energy Performance Certificate.
