Pracovní studie v managementu aplikované v průmyslové výrobě

In diploma thesis describes the use of labour studies in industrial production, ap-plied in the factory. There are used as a method of analysis work environment, analysis time fund employee and frame work for the analysis of the course of busi-ness lines. Labour productivity was assessed using chronometry. After this evalua-tion, it was necessary to create a new one using the working standard chronome-try, which was also verified using non-direct methods MOST.
