The problem of cyber security in the EU industrial environment
To bude tvořit součást celkové analýzy IT rizik, která v konečném důsledku posílí technologická bezpečnostní opatření prostřednictvím metody FMEA.
Foundation Fieldbus peripheries
Ferjančič, Michal ; Fiedler, Petr (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
Master’s thesis deals be occupied with the transmission of process data with peripheries to control devices. Data transmission with performs through two types of industrial networks. Use with these two Foundation Fieldbus and EtherNet / IP. In work is shows method conversion through gateway between the two networks. Here there is adduced method to connected and configure devices on the networks and also their implementation. Part of this work is also creating a visualization of these peripherals and the gateway. The work is also presents possible use for laboratory task to practice.
Connection between PC and PLC through Ethernet Powerlink
Špaček, Marek ; Chomát, Luděk (referee) ; Malounek, Petr (advisor)
The aim of my bachelor‘s thesis is connection between PC and PLC with industrial network Ethernet Powerlink. This work describes the basic principle of Powerlink network connection and the option of connecting ordinary PC to Powerlink network according to Powerlink standard. This allows you to use your computer for setting parameters and visualization of other devices connected to the Powerlink network. The result of this work is an application that after the connection to the EPL network detects all active devices on the network, shows their names and eventually displays their variables.
Experimental work with POF - Polymer optical fibers
Doležal, Ondřej ; Urban, František (referee) ; Filka, Miloslav (advisor)
In this diploma thesis, the reader is familiarized with polymer optical fiber (POF). Firstly is mentioned theoretical background of optical fibers and optical transmission. The following are the basic properties and significant parameters of POF, a more detailed description of each type POF and their essential advantages and disadvantages in comparison with established optical fibers based on glass. The next chapter describes the area of practical issues: working with fibers and fiber installation, as well as the available connectors and methods of measurement of POF. Closely are analyzed knowledge of the practice, including the utilize in the aerospace and automotive industries, as well as in industrial networks, access data networks and local area networks. The practical part includes the measurement of basic transmission and mechanical parameters, including analysis of the results. The conclusion summarizes all the findings and results of this work, including possible future developments.
Industrial device authentication system using blockchain
Hnátek, Michal ; Holasová, Eva (referee) ; Fujdiak, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals primarily with industrial networks and blockchain. Current implementations of network security are enumerated. A large part is devoted to the analysis of consensus algorithms and their suitability for industrial networks. The work also includes an extensive comparison of libraries for blockchain creation. In the area of industrial networks, the Modbus protocol is represented. The general function of blockchain and its modifications for use in industrial private networks are described. The creation of a private blockchain with the Proof of Authority consensus algorithm using the go-ethereum library is described, as well as the creation of a smart contract for a given blockchain.
