Law aspects and impacts of informal and shadow economy

The subject of this thesis is shadow economy. The first part is dedicated to key words, measurement methods of shadow economy and her positive and negative aspects. Next part talks about main reasons of origin and rise of shadow economy and describes her subsystems with focus on tax evasions and illegal work. It evaluates the level of legislation of shadow economy. It presents established and planned measure to decrease the range of shadow economy. In the last part it offers the analysis of results from questionnaire aimed to the public relation connected to the shadow economy.
Economic impacts of the illegal labour market in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis is focused on illegal labour market in the Czech Republic. The first part includes definitions regarding labour market and illicit work. There is specified the difference between shadow economy and illicit work and there are indicated measuring methods in this part of economy. It includes the percentage part of shadow economy within GDP in all European countries, which are compared with the Czech Republic too. In the second part an analysis of many misting methods of execution of hidden work was made to define economic impacts. Moonlighting was indicated, part-time illicit work, complete illicit work, work of migrants, hidden incomes and increased expenses of entrepreneurs and dodges which are called as "švarcsystém" in Czech. Main impacts were determined from this analysis, which were divided into positive and negative. Bad impacts are a lower tax and fees to collection the state budget, lower retirement for illicit work users and unequal position of firms, which do all according to law and companies which participate in hidden economy. As positive impacts were discovered higher disposable income for employees and the savings for employers and specific support in the economy growth.
Using Czech-POINTs to broker employment

The work is aimed at describing a new method of broker employment to job applicants using Czech - POINTs. In the theoretical part are discussed issues related to this problem, the practical part is focused on interviews with job applicants who have personal experience with the provision of employment, using Czech - POINTs. For this work is a key district District of Tábor, where the data was obtained. Questionnaires were completed with the help of a contact office of the Labour Office in Tábor
