A return to the family business tradition

The mainstay of this thesis is to give people more information about widespread concept of family business. They are not usually big companies and operate in a small area to the public awareness of their activities is quite insufficient. The survey is lent through the questionnaire completed by customers of such a company. Another important part of the work is an analysis, which was focused on the lavender farm in southern of the Moravia. The most important goal of this part of the thesis is to develop a proposal for improving the competitive position and provide services to visitors based on the evaluation of the external and internal environment of the selected company.
