NOVOTNÁ, V. Design of communication strategy for a selected enterprise. Bache-lor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of customers of a wine enterprise, which leads to the design of a marketing strategy leading to getting the enterprise into the awareness of potential customers and the subsequent achievement of profit. A questionnaire survey was used to analyse the customers and secondary data collection using in-depth interview with the owner was used to analyse the selected winery. After the evaluation, appropriate communication leading to the achievement of the set objectives was ordered.
The principles of business management by Thomas Baťa

The bachelor thesis deals with the problems of company management principles used by Tomáš Baťa, specifically with respect to the customer and the financial side of the company. The work contains the definition of the basic concepts in the field of management, Tomáš Baťa's biography, the history of the company, Baťas general management system, and information on the financial analysis and and their selected indicators. The second part introduces Baťa's current situation in the world and the Czech Republic. The following chapters deal with the principles created in the company in the past. Specifically, these are general principles, customer-related principles and financial management principles. These are further enriched with information from the present day. In the field of financial management, we can find the current management of Baťa, a.s. for the years 2000 to 2016 and a detailed assessment of the last four years based on horizontal and vertical analysis and analysis of selected ratios. Finally, proposals for change of management are mentioned, which could lead to increase customer satisfaction, increase of sales and thus improve profitability
The application of marketing in a certain Czech company

This Bachelor thesis focuses on the application of marketing in a co-operative company, Jednota České Budějovice. The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to determine, whether the company uses any marketing tools and to potentially propose new methods in an effort to optimize their marketing. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to a summary of theoretical concepts applicable to this practical example. These concepts are subsequently put into practice in the second part of the thesis. In this part is shown, how the selected company implements marketing. Data the practical part was obtained from interviews with employees of the co-operative company, Jednota České Budějovice. Finally, based on that, changes in how the company's marketing is done are put forward.

DRÁBKOVÁ, T. Design efficiency standards of behavior and communication to staff customer service centers. Bachelor thesis. PEF Mendel University in Brno 2013. The main aim of my work is to update the standards and parameters for communication with customers in customer centers and make recommendations to improve services and increase customer satisfaction. The theoretical part is based on a thorough study of the literature on communication with customers. The practical part deals with analysis of current methods of customer care and customer satisfaction surveys using a questionnaire survey on the model of ČEZ Customer Services, Inc.. On the basis of this information was proposed recommendations that would lead to increased customer satisfaction.
