Title of bachelor's thesis: Case of physiotherapy care for patient diagnosed with hemoragic stroke Objectives: The aim is to emphasize the issues about stroke and subsequent treatment. Thesis emphasizesusing physiotherapy and physioterapeutic methods as an important part of treatment of pacients after stroke. A special part includes a detailed casuistry of patient after hemoragic stroke. Methods: The thesis is divided into the general part and the special part. The general part describes the classification, diagnostic methods and risc factors of stroke. The theory focuses on chosen consequences of stroke as a poststroke depression syndrome, a neglect syndrome, hemiplegic shoulder pain and a Thalamic syndrome and it also describes special physiotherapeutic methods, which are used in the cure of pacients after stroke. The special part of thesis introduces the physiotherapeutic care of pacient after hemoragic stroke with left hemiparesis. It is formed by the casuistry, which includes the list of therapies. The casuistry was created during a month bachelor praxis at the Rehabilitation clinic in Vršovická zdravotní a.s.
