Use of subsidies in the company for the production of decorative cosmetics
VACÍKOVÁ, Lucie
This bachelor's thesis focuses on improving the subsidy acquisition process at Schwan Cosmetics. The thesis primarily addresses a current topic within Schwan Cosmetics, namely the project of establishing a proprietary photovoltaic power plant. The first part of the thesis includes primary and secondary research, with the theoretical framework covering the definition and significance of subsidies, types of subsidies, and conditions for their acquisition. The methodology is focused on examining the surrounding environment and evaluating the financial stability of the solar panel project. The aim of the thesis is to compare the feasibility of a proprietary photovoltaic power plant with the alternative of a long-term commitment with an electricity supplier. I proceeded systematically to better assess the viability of investing in solar panels. The results and discussion section identify opportunities for improvement through innovation and the company's long-term sustainable goals. The conclusion of the bachelor's thesis provides recommendations for Schwan Cosmetics regarding subsidy acquisition and strategic management of organizational responsibility.
