Liberalizace poštovních služeb v České republice

Vítková, P. Liberalization of postal services in the Czech republic. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel university in Brno, 2014. Diploma thesis deals with the liberalization of postal services in the Czech republic. The aim of the thesis is to identify the economic benefits and disadvantages, that are associated with the liberalization of the postal markets in the EU Member States, and evaluate their relevance and possible implications for the Czech market of postal services. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the liberalization of postal services in the European Union and then in the Czech Republic. In the practical part, there is Czech post market monitored. Practical part of diploma thesis then continues postal markets of the EU countries, that opened their postal markets to competition much earlier than the Czech Republic. The experiences from the liberalization of these countries are then used to predict the effects of liberalization for the Czech postal market.
