The bachelor’s thesis deals with the processing of PD family villa in a quiet suburban hillside village near the town of Myjava, Brestovec. Project and attachments are processed simultaneously according to applicable standards, regulations and laws. It is an object which is resolved as one apartment unit with two stories and flat (vegetative) roof. The object does not have a basement. The horizontal projection is in the shape of a letter T. Object is designed from the construktion system POROTHERM and the exterior is from the system FRONTECH.
