Apartment building in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm

This thesis describes the design of an apartment building in Roznov pod Radhostem. It is a detached building on a large and gently sloping land. The building block of flats has five above and consists of a total of 25 residential units. The flat on first floor is designed as a barrier-free. On first floor are situated two mass garages (for 18 cars). The building is designed of structural systém of ceramic blocks, except first and second floor, which has walls and columns of reinforced concrete. The ceilings are from reinforced concrete and the roof is designed as a flat surcharge. The work includes project documentation for the construction and specialization.
Family House

The bachelor thesis is the project of the family house in Louny. The family house is project as a two–storeyed house with one basement. The building is designed for four people. The house has flat roof. The above grade masonry is created by POROTHERM system. The bearing walls in basement is created by Prefa BTB system. The partitions are created by POROTHERM system too. The main building entrance is situated to north–east side. In the basement, there are technical room, drying room, storage of vegetable, storage, corridor and vine cellar. The first elevated floor is divided into a vestibule with dressing room, hall, WC, home–working room, living room with eating room, kitchen and larder. You can go to the outdoor terrace from the living room. In the second floor, there are corridor, two rooms for children, WC, 2 bathrooms, bedroom and outdoor terrace. The foreside of exterior walls will be white. North–east foreside of garage and south–west foreside of terrace are created by grey stone lining. The project contains technical, thermal and acoustic appraisal forms.
Lazaretní office building

This diploma thesis deals with the design of an office building and the processing of project documentation for the construction. The office building is located in the Židenice in Brno, next to the Brno Židenice train station. This is a detached partly basement four-storey building with a flat roof. The underground floor serves primarily as a collective garage for 25 vehicles including parking spaces in the local stacking system. On the ground floor of the building there are three rentable spaces for retail with storage facilities and sanitary facilities for employees. The other of the building is used for administrative purposes. On the second above ground floor there are cell offices, on the third and fourth floors above ground the office spaces are rather as a open space. The construction system of the building is frameral with infill masonry made of ceramic fittings, the foundations are made of reinforced concrete slab and walls made of waterproof concrete. The foundations under the non-basement part are made of reinforced concrete foundation footing. Next to the office building, there are also eight parking spaces for shop visitors.
Care home, Veseli nad Moravou

The master thesis deals with structural design of new building for retirement people in Veselí nad Moravou. The building has three floors and basement. There are nursing spaces, dining area and rooms for people with reduced mobility on the first floor. The second and third floor is used for accomodation and social activities. The technical facilities and storage spaces for flat users are in basement. The construction system consists of masonry system with ceramic bricks porotherm. The roof design is gabled and there is also a flat roof up on the part of building with access for flat users.

Terraced family house

The subject of my bachelor's thesis is the design of new terraced family house. This thesis is on the level of documentation for building construction. The building is located in the undeveloped outskirts of Šumperk and it uses unstoppable land on a slope. The basic idea of the concept is related matter in the shape of a block, which is horizontally divided by retreating floor and ribbon windows and each of has its function. The building is partly basement, it has two floors above the ground and it is covered by a flat roof. Built-up area has 263 m2.. The supporting structure of the building is made of a monolithic reinforced concrete. Design of the house emphasizes the layout, including the ensure of construction for the static, architectural, energy savings and safety in use of the building.
Family house with a café

Bachelor thesis is a new family house with a café in Vrdy. Part of the two-storey family house is a basement, the one-storey cafe next. Both parts of the building have a flat roof. The underground floor has a technical room and cellar. On the first floor of the family house there is a vestibule with dressing room, corridors, toilet, bathroom, living room with kitchenette and dining room with access to the tercce, and garage. On the second floor there are bedrooms, three children's rooms, guest room, bathroom, toilet, cloakroom, study and pantry. From the corridor on the first floor above you can go to a café where the main compartment is divided into a service area and for the guests. There is also a base for staff, storage and hygienic facilities. An outdoor terrace is connected to the café. The café is designed as barrier-free. This project was elaborated in ArchiCAD 18.
City hotel

The thesis deals with a new hotel construction in Brno. The paper aims to elaborate a project documentation for the construction of the building. It is a detached building in a slightly sloping terrain. The building has three floors and one underground floor. On the underground floor there are jointly-shared garages and technical background of the hotel. On the first floor there is a reception, a restaurant, a café and an open-air terrace. The second and the third floor is designed to accommodate guests in double rooms and suites. There is also a manager´s office and a conference room. The bearing construction consists of a ferroconcrete skeleton with a bricked outside envelope of aerated concrete blocks Ytong. The skeletal construction is built on a monolithic foundation footings. The building is covered in a flat single-coat roof which is partly designed as a vegetation roof. The facade of the building is glazed in the northern part of the 1st floor and some parts of the facade are coloured green, the others are of various colours. The building is insulated with a contact insulation system.
Palliative Care Centre

The subject of the diploma thesis is the new building of the alliative care center in Žamberk. It is a detached building, which is partly basement and has three above-ground floors. From the operating point of view, it is a medical-social facility. The facility has a range of palliative care services - a dormitory, a day hospice, a mobile hospice facility and outpatient services. Due to the type of facilities and persons using the facilities, emphasis was placed on the location of an object situated on the outskirts of the city in the area of other social and health facilities designed for long-term residence in a quiet, quiet environment with plenty of surrounding greenery. The mass of the building consists of several blocks, the shape and material solution is simple. The construction system is a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton, coated with ceramic blocks. Several types of flat roofs are covered, 2NP is designed as a receding floor with a barrier-free terrace.
Administrative building - OPAVA

The content of the master‘s thesis is processing of project documentation for administrative building in Opava, first done as a feasibility study and then as a pilot project. The object is standalone, with four floors and basement. The work also comprises the thermal technical assessment chosen constructions, the fire protection report, the accompanying report and the summary technical report.
