Comparison of selected European riding schools and riding education system in the Czech Republic

Title of the work: Comparison of selected European riding schools and riding education system in the Czech Republic Work goals: Mention all available riding schools in the Czech Republic, their description and comparison with selected European riding schools Methods: Analysis of literature sources and other available materials, description of individual programs of the mentioned schools, comparison based on the results of the individual schools and the level of their alumni Conclusion: The level of riding education in the Czech Republic is lower than in the compared foreign schools. The selected European schools have much longer tradition and also more elaborate education system. The Czech Republic faces lack of qualified trainers, as well as lack of funds. The success of the riding schools alumni is much higher at the foreign schools than in the Czech Republic, which is caused both by the level of the alumni and more work opportunities abroad.

Bachelor thesis Analysis of different breeds and types of horses for different courses of hipporehabilitation is a literature research and it focuses on the use of horses for the treatment and its effects on humans and human health. At the beginning it describes the history of hipporehabilitation and its development in the past. The second part explains the nature and parts of hippotherapy explaining the process and parts necessary for its implementation. Next chapter contains components and everything necessary for its process and ultimately thesis is analyzed the different breeds, their properties and it is determined their suitability used in therapy.

Vývoj a současná situace skokových soutěží koní v České republice

ABSTRACT In the first part of the bachelor thesis is given cross-section history and direction of horsemanship and later jump competitions from the early beginnings of the development of the horse and its subsequent phase coexistence with the man who started to use it to your advantage around the world and in our country. The next part describes the rules jump riding, which is governed by this equestrian discipline. Approximates the rules regarding code of conduct, what are the degree of difficulty as the competition takes place, the penalty which the rider must watch for and how the horse races at present. The following chapter discusses the breeds of horses, which is the gradual development breeding, breeding objectives and changes in the final affirmation of the desired properties, talented equestrian breeds with great jumping potential. At the end of the thesis I present situation showjumping in the Czech Republic, it's analysis of the last few years, developing a shift in representation of riders and horses not only in the domestic arena, but also abroad. My bachelor thesis on the topic Hiporehabilitation is treated as a literary review. The aim was to describe the appropriate types of hippotherapy and different breeds of horses used in hippotherapy. Hippotherapy is a targeted therapy, where the focus is always the client and his problem and a horse as a means. The work deals with the history of the development of therapeutic riding and hippotherapy. Defines and describes the concept of hippotherapy and describes in detail the individual components, the participants and the different effects of therapeutic riding. Much of work is focused on the selection, properties, pros and cons individual breeds horses most often used in hippotherapy.
