Mapping of non-homogeneous samples in combination of LIBS and complementary methods
Zimmermannová, Valérie ; Konečná, Anna (referee) ; Buday, Jakub (advisor)
This thesis focuses on mapping of mostly heterogennous samples using a Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) and other complementary methods. The aim is to examine the relations between the obtained data and their common potential aplication. The samples used were homogeneous aluminum, a concrete sample and a mouse bone. All samples were mapped using the LIBS method and laser-induced plasma imaging. For the homogeneous sample, complementary data were employed to improve the relative deviation of spectral data. In case of the heterogeneous samples, relationships between the obtained data were investigated.
