This scenario is well-suited for using methods from the statistical field of design of experiments (DoE). Currently, the latest publications on pharmaceutical technology related to the development of new dosage forms are increasingly beginning to incorporate experimental design techniques, which are the subject of study in this work. Management of Nonconformities in Construction production company

The thesis deals with quality theory, quality management system based on the ISO ČSN EN 9001 norm and disagreement management in a construction production company. In addition, the work describes ways of reaching quality and principles of managing quality of a given product. Procedures, methods and appropriate measures emerging from the theory of managing product quality are followingly implemented into a proposal for leading a real construction production company.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the course of managerial planning and quality improvement. The thesis starts with a description of basic concepts related to the subject and their expansion.Continues with the quality planning phase, where I describe two quality planning methods. On this part follows chapter of quality improvement. Here I divided the subject and described it. In the penultimate chapter, I focused on the two most important methods used in planning and improving quality. The last chapter focuses on human factor in quality planning and improvement and its impact on the effectiveness of the described methods. In the end, I summed up my findings and evaluated them.

The master thesis examines quality management in the company MOTOR JIKOV Strojírenská a.s. First, the system of quality management is described theoretically and this knowledge is then utilized to evaluate the selected company. Accordingly, measures for further improvement are proposed concerning new product development, application of specific methods and exploration of customers? satisfaction.
