The subject of this thesis is building and technological project of new office building of the company Esko-T in Trebic. This work technological prescription monolithic frame, inspection and test plans, design mechanical assembly with the deployment of the machines on site, photographs wider transport links nearby buildings, Occupational safety and health, environmental protection, design cell site equipment, contract work, documentation broader transport relations, building equipment, store site cells at the site, the crane card, schedule deployment of machine-schedule construction site, object work schedule, balance and repair workers drawing project documentation, itemized construction budget, energy consumption on site and price compared monolithic and prefabricated skeleton.

The work includes: a technical report explaining the construction technology of the project, a construction site plan, time and financial plan of the construction, an implementation study of the major technological stages of the building, a project of site equipment, a design of main construction machines and mechanisms, a work schedule of the main building structure, a technological specification and a plan of control and quality assurance.

The Cultural Center in Žamberk - Project Planning and Management

The master’s thesis deals with the solution of selected parts of the the construction technology project of the Cultural center in Žamberk. The thesis primarily focuses on the light external cladding which is designed as a hanging light curtain wall with ventilated air gap. Several other topics are also covered, namely the building site, construction equipment and the technological process schedule.
