Analysis of changes in endurance assumptions of ice hockey players during summer preparatory period
HOLICKÝ, Tomáš
The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison and evaluation of VO2max test results and body dimensions before and after the summer preparation for players of the ice-hockey team. We compared and evaluated the results. In total, 29 players were tested. This is one ice-hockey team where are different age groups of players. We tested the players in a functional diagnostic lab on a cycling ergometer. We have identified values that determine the maximum oxygen consumption of VO2max in muscle work, anaerobic threshold (ventilation). In the lab, we also had to measure the basic somatic dimensions of each individual on Tanita (foot scale) before testing. The practical part characterizes the test files, the procedure, the test results and the used test devices. Measured and resultant values are reported and processed in tables and graphs that were created in Statistics 12. The thesis confirmed the expected increase in VO2max at the end of the preparatory period as well as an increase in the percentage of muscle mass associated with body fat loss and weight loss.
Determining characteristics using anaerobic Wingate test in female floorball team.
HAVLÍK, Tomáš
This thesis deals with finding the anaerobic characteristics using the Wingate test in female floorball team, followed by comparing the measured values with other results reported in the literature. A total of 30 probands were tested. In this work we work with two age categories floorball teams, which are groups of women and juniors. The floorball teams have undergone single physical fitness test on a bicycle ergometer, from which we found values that specify the maximum anaerobic power, fatigue index and anaerobic capacity. These values were then compared with those reported in the literature. Principal Wingate test was preceded by finding basic somatic dimensions and determine body composition using stepping scales. The theoretical part provides an overview of current knowledge on the environment floorball, sports training and anaerobic testing. The procedure and results are presented in the practical part, where the values are processed in the form of tables.
