Energy efficient house

This bachelor thesis deals with project documentation for new-built energy-efficient family house situated in Moravské Budějovice cadastral. The house is designed as rectangle two-storey and partially basement building with detached garage. Both parts – residential part and garage – are joined by shelter in shape of „L“. The residential part of the house is roofed by mono-pitched roof and the adjacent garage is roofed by flat roof. The ground floor vertical constructions are designed by using ceramic masonry units; the basement circumferential masonry is designed by using concrete masonry units. Heating of the object is provided by contact thermal insulation system.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a level-split family house. The building is located in the village Vnorovy on the plot with number 1382. The family house is designed as a two-storey for a family of four. The building has one underground and one above-ground floor. It is based on foundation strips and is equipped with a contact thermal insulation system. The construction system of the basement parts is made of lost formwork DEK, the ceiling is made of Filigree ceiling slabs. The construction system of the above-ground parts is made of HELUZ ceramic fittings, the ceiling is again made of Filigree ceiling slabs. The roof is flat. The main entrance is situated on the 1st floor to the vestibule.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of a new-built small apartment building in Litohor. The apartment building is partially basement with three above-ground floors and one main entrance to the building. A total of eight residentail units and common areas for the residents of the building. The vertical loadbearing structures are made of ceramic masonry units. The horizontal loadbearing structures and staircase are made of reinforced monolithic concrete slab. The roof consists of a cut roof. Windows and doors are made of aluminium. The building will be heated by the heat pump. There are sixteen parking spaces in the ground.

ABSTRACT The aim of the bachelor’s work is a composition of project documentation for the construction building of apartment building. The object is situated on the cadastral area of Myslibořice on plot number 9/1. The apartment building is designed as separated, three storeys, flat roof building without basement. There are five apartment units in total, from which one is designed for people with movement disabilities. To each apartment unit belong one basement cellar. The building stands on foundation strips. The construction system of the object is wall system. External walls are made of Porotherm brick blocks with thermal insulation from expanded polystyrene. The inside vertical load-bearing constructions are made of acoustic brick blocks. The horizontal load-bearing constructions are made of reinforced concrete slab and of precast floor slab Spiroll. The building is roofed with single layer hipped roof.
